“I don’t know where to even begin because of how mad I am right now. Yesterday was my daughter’s birthday and I received a bday coupon for 10 off so I bring her to this location and she picked bear and all the things that come with what is suppose to be a wonderful bday experience. I head to checkout and show the cashier the email with the coupon and she reads it and proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know how to ring it up.
So I’m waiting there, my daughter with a birthday shirt and all and this lady tells me that we should just order the bear online. Excuse me? I was in disbelief. I proceeded to pay for the bear full price but I will NEVER go to build. Bear ever again.”

“I’m not used to writing reviews over shops but this time I have to. Two weeks ago I visited a Five Bellow one for the first time and god knows it was a discovery! I don’t have children my own so my nephews are my life. Every time we are close to one of these shops they want to enter and shame on me I used to think they were too cheap for them. Today while waiting for a friend at a shopping center in Coconut Grove I saw the sign “Five Bellow” and curiosity killed the cat, I got in. To my surprise I found stuff not only for children but for everyone and really good deals. This particular location was neat and tidy and so beautifully organized that it was tempting to buy. I didn’t get many things because as I said I was just wandering around the mall waiting for someone but had to honor the place so I bought candies to surprise the kids. On top of everything the staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. I talked with a young girl, Liz, 23 at most, and she was wonderful explaining how to find things I could be interested on. Summarizing, Five Bellow is a hidden gem ❤️I’ll definitely go back. Thanks!!!”
