Great working with the staff at the US1 and 27th store. Louis Toledo was friendly, very helpful, and most importantly, honest. He helped my family and I with all our needs and concerns. Great Job! We will recomendthis location and Louis to everyone we know for their cell phone services need.

I came into the store for an upgrade and billing issue and this young man who goes by Louis Toledo was able to get me the new 17 pro max and lower my bill! I loved everything about this Verizon location compared to the one on Ponce de Leon. I’ll continue being a Verizon customer after leaving this store very pleased.

Steven is the most helpful, patient, kind gentleman that I have ever worked with especially at a phone store! He took the time and effort to help my mom and I upgrade our lines and explained everything to her with detail and efficiency. Thank you so much for your wonderful work ethics!!!
