Why does it take 30+ min to pick up a prescription that is supposedly ready

Cashiers are extremely slow. The management isn't interested in speeding them up.

30+ minutes in the line to pick-up medications listed as ready. Completely understaffed. Walgreens…at the bare minimum have staff addressing those who have text or email confirmations of medications ready and a separate line for those who are dropping off or don’t have any confirmations to pick up medications.
