I ordered the curried goat which was a Caribbean curry and super tasty. The sides included were collard greens and corn bread which were delicious. There was only one clerk on duty trying to help customers and do the receiving, but she was still courteous and helpful even though she was obviously extremely busy. Take a sweater as more than one person said it was obnoxiously cold in the store.”

    “I love this Publix. I was devastated when they closed the Publix on Babcock and Palm Bay. This one in Malabar has always been closer to our residence, but the one in Palm bay has always been closest to our home office, which we find convenient. I have recently heard that they will be coming back by next year hopefully, in the meantime, I will continue to go to the Malabar one. We love the pub subs, we love the freshness of the fruits and vegetables, and I always find items here that I cannot find or aren’t in stock at Winn-Dixie or other competitors so I just Walmart.     “I have to say that I am impressed with the improvements that Winn-Dixie has made and I am pleased to make the announcement that Winn-Dixie has made a comeback.Winn-Dixie had seemingly lost its way several years ago and I noticed that the overall quality of the supermarket had slipped dramatically. I guess that the corporate bigwigs at Southeast Grocers (the parent company of Winn-Dixie and, by the way, based in Jacksonville, Florida) noticed this decline (or probably more appropriately the decline in sales) and took action. In my opinion, the most significant improvement that Winn-Dixie made was making their meat department shine. At one point, Winn-Dixie probably called itself the Beef People, but the quality had declined in their meat department over the years. Well, I am happy to say that Winn-Dixie has put an emphasis on their USDA Choice graded beef and it certainly has made a difference. Overall, I am extremely pleased that Winn-Dixie has made these changes and I give it five stars.”

    “I love DG! They have the best gause pads out of all I have tried, and I've tried a lot of different brands, including ones from the doctors office. Overall their generic (Rexall) products are just as good if not better then the name brands!!! However I don't like how they treat their employees!!! They always need more help in there stores in putting away merchandise and keeping the stores neat. They expect way more out of their people then they're willing to pay them!!! Unfortunately as do most retail establishments...”

    “Although I don't understand how dollar general ended up on a residential street in Palm bay, I stopped there today to make an exchange for my daughter.The cashier, Wil, was great: pleasant, knowledge and just really nice.The store is new therefore neat, clean, and full of stuff.But how many dollar generals does Palm Bay need?Update. 1/22. Apparently palm Bay needs lots of dollar generals. There seems to be one every five miles now. Today the shelves were somewhat bare. The cashier was very nice. Somehow DG gets good employees.”

    “I work at this location, it's a very busy pharmacy and always get my prescriptions here. People complain about the wait times, but they all work really hard. You can pay online and pick it up in about 20 minutes if you don't want to wait around in the store or have to leave and comeback. Very professional staff and have never had an issue. Understand that, if someone there comes off as rude they're probably stressed from the workload and it's nothing to be taken personal. Nicest people I've ever met in any pharmacy.”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions.
