“hello, today just few minutes ago stopped into Winn-Dixie for my boyfriend to buy a large amount of powerades on sale. Crystal was our cashier, she had no earthly idea on how to scan a multiple amount without just clicking her scanner 60 times. I feel like there's a much easier way and thought maybe I should share so you could train her on the appropriate way to ring in same item purchases when it's a large amount. otherwise I love my Winn-Dixie. I just feel like there's some training being missed”

“Each time I go there everyone is very friendly. There's a young man there that always wishes everyone to have a blessed day. The last time I was there the registers weren't working due to computer issues. The two young ladies were very kind. I walked around until the issue was resolved with hopes of buying coloring books for my grandchildren. But the selection of coloring books wasn't age appropriate. I am a but concerned about the safety of their workers because it's ALWAYS dark at night.”
“5 stars to the staff who work their tails off! 1 star to upper management who require the cashiers to do stocking and other tasks that take them away from the register. Almost always have to find the cashier to check out. Not the poor cashiers fault and some customers do not have any sympathy toward them. C'mon management at least put a ring bell for service bell in.”
