“The people who work at the UPS store have always proven to be courteous and professional, with one exception: When one asks for a fingerprint scan, the employee could inform the customer that the charge for fingerprint scanning is outrageously high. Had I been informed, I would not have wasted my time going through the process of scheduling an appointment. The total price is over $110. The Sheriff's office will do it for $5. The price tag does not show up until you've entered your information twice, so they get your information, then you get to be shocked by the price. So, don't waste your time. I really wish the employee had warned me that it would be over $110. Can you believe $55 for priority mail? What a racket! The UPS store uses a third-party printscan.com. They should have called it printscam.com”

“Love doing business here. Denise is always so helpful and friendly, and is great at finding the best shipping rates, she carries shipping supplies, makes keys, has a fax machine, printer, and copier. It’s a great one stop shop. I have a PO Box here that I use for my business address - it’s nice to have a street address instead of a PO Box, and someone I trust to receive and sign for packages. I prefer supporting local businesses, and I’m happy that I found a locally-owner shipping & mailbox place that I enjoy working with.”

“Devonte is awesome every time I come to this UPS store. I will drive out my way just to receive the excellent customer service he provides. If I have a question he answers politely. If the store is a little busy, he never shows if he is overwhelmed. I thought my questions were silly, but there is always someone’s question that is worse than mine. He displays excellent customer service and he never talks negative about any customer. Rare to come across these days, especially after COVID.”
“I use this location because you can park right in from off the store, and the service is quick and efficient. I appreciate the even-keel demeanor of the staff - I do a lot of business with Amazon, and have returns, and this us the place I use frequently”

I had to send 10 large boxes to a business...Not only did they unload the boxes, but when we found out they were to expensive to return, they reloaded them back in my truck without complaint! Guess, what? I bought pizza for the whole store to show my appreciation..They are super nice and professional...Btw..it always smells soooo good in that store! Great job folks...So appreciated!”
