“I have to say this is by FAR the best experience I’ve had. My sister and I recently came in here about a week ago, I’ve had some weight loss and was feeling pretty discouraged, I couldn’t find the shorts, or anything “younger styled” and a blonde women with blue eyes I think her name was Ravyne? I could be spelling it wrong… she turned my whole day around! I guess we looked lost and she had asked if they’re was anything she could do to help and I had explained to her what exactly I was looking for ( a New York trip outfits) and she literally went out of her way to help me find the perfect outfits!! She was very professional, and uplifting even helped me stopped crying from being so overwhelmed ( I couldn’t find anything at first) I WILL be going back to this location every time and I pray she’ll be there!”

“Found me a Christmas present to myself in there and I am very happy about it found a Chiefs NFL team bomber jacket and even though to me it was a little pricey it was going to give me 10% off one of the jackets because they had like a little black ink on it but I was like 10% so I end up getting with a bigger size went to a medium from a small and no medium to a large and pay full price but I was happy about it the customer service was iffy maybe cuz it was a brown closing time and they were young so but I was ultimately happy I found that jacket in that store normally that wouldn't happen and I will check them out again rue21 is always good even though it should have been like half off or something like that cuz it's the last two I was ultimately happy with the service and finding that jacket”
“When I tell you I went to the cosmetic department to get some perfume for my friend and myself. The Manager was so helpful. She took her time with me and explained the different scents and her opinions. The first day I didn’t buy anything but when I came back 2 days later I purchased 3 things and told my friends to come there. I will be back and thank you for making my shopping experience amazing.”
“Had an overall good experience at this store. I wasn't pleased with the lack of product in the store... i was there for over 3 hours just browsing. I found only 1 pair of black junior pants. I need low rise, due to having surgery, and wound up only finding mid-rise ultra skinny fit when I was looking for straight leg... not a super good fit, I need a pair, so I had to settle for those.

“Everyone at this store is amazing however it’s always two people who stand out. Kit and Store manager Whitney! They always provide the best service and best deals. Kit helped me the other day and they did absolutely amazing. I only came for one pair of shoes but their customer service got me to buy two. I’m an indecisive person but they were super patient and willing to pull out all the shoes I wanted to try on. 100/10. Love the whole team!! ?

“I visited the store on Saturday looking for some gifts for my girlfriend which isn't easy when it comes to clothes. I was helped by a young lady and I'm pretty sure her names was Rylan (I'm bad with names so I hope that right) She was great! She helped me pick out a few things and my girlfriend loved them! Thanks for the help Rylan! I would also like to mention that while I was there, there was a customer tryin on clothes that in my opinion was being pretty rude, I was very impressed with how the young lady stayed calm and professional.”
