“30 years ago this month I obtained my CDL. I say that to say I have been in a few truck stops. Today, Sunday the 14th day of March, 2025, I visited the Pilot in Midway Florida for the first time. Excellent experience. Spotless store but more importantly the bathrooms and shower were immaculate. I seen a gentleman named Shawn cleaning my shower before I went in and he was as thorough as it gets! SPOTLESS. Also, his demeanor and the demeanor of his other co-workers was just blessed. So kind. So polite. So warm. So much so that I sought out the general manager to let her know that an old man on the road away from everything he loves but for that big rig and his pup had his spirit and mood lifted on this beautiful Sunday from God. She was attentive, thankful and wanted to know if anything could be approved in my opinion…..I literally saw nothing. My new truck stop coming through the panhandle of Florida from now on! Just a fabulous experience for this old truck driver!!! 10 out of 10!

“Good amazing customer service in store polite helpful nicest folks make you feel right at home I'm a truck driver here over the weekend because company couldn't find a load for me.clean and refreshing.how ever the Denny's I have to say dissatisfied with I woke up today Saturday 1/18/25 went to have some breakfast was seated promptly but customer service went down Hill after that.i ordered a soda coffee and a ice water.i got soda and coffee no water.waitress was polite but never came back to see if I needed anything never got a coffee refill or was even asked never received the ice water I saw my waitress at the end of my meal and even sertain things was over cooked Ham was so rubbery LOL I couldn't hardly cut it with my knife.i toast I could have crumbled up placed in the barrel of a shot gun added powder and blew out the Windows I usually tip 10 dollars because I know restaurants doesn't pay well but I couldn't find one reason to leave a tip so I didn't”
