“The people at this store are extremely dishonest they put my phone to the back and said they were calling customer service when in fact they did a fake Google review from me so I am leaving my real review I called the owner he told me he didn't think it was a big deal that his employee impersonated me on the internet so I made a police report and I would suggest everybody steer clear of a place where they have to do such dishonest things”
“Device doctors is the real deal. Took my phone there after UbreakIfix failed to identify the problem with my phone and ended up costing me money unnecessarily. Device doctors identified the exact chip component in the motherboard of my phone that was causing my issues at NO CHARGE in about an hour. Exceptional service.”

“I am starting a new inflatable party rental business in the Clermont and Minneola area. I reached out to AT&T chat support to order a second line to add to my existing phone.
However, there were issues getting it activated and having the new number in the right slot (needed for a specific reason).
Over four hours of chat and phone support across two days couldn't fix it. Yet, Brangel at the store had me fixed up in about 30 minutes. I usually prefer chat support, but for the sake of time, I definitely will come back to this location.”
