“I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Juan! He did an amazing job helping me get my account situated and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He maintained a positive attitude the entire time, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
I will say, my visit started off a bit rocky. One associate initially told me there was no wait line, but I later realized there actually was a check-in process after someone was taken ahead of me. When I asked another associate, they clarified how the system works. Thankfully, Juan came just in time to service me.
Despite that, Juan turned the experience around completely. His professionalism and kindness made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend asking for him!”
“Marcus was the person who helped us set up our new Samsung phones. Marcus was the most helpful and courteous person we have ever had the pleasure of working with in setting up our Samsung S series phones at the Clermont Spectrum Store. He was extremely patient and went way beyond and above the amount of time needed spending with us, making our experience the best it could possibly be. He had to upload files on our phones separately because the files were too big which took even more of his time. Marcus went through every app making sure everything was working correctly and also helping us with our passwords. Marcus is truly an asset to the Clermont Spectrum Office and to the entire Spectrum Company.
