Device doctors identified the exact chip component in the motherboard of my phone that was causing my issues at NO CHARGE in about an hour. Exceptional service.”

Customer service while working with him and Dave was fantastic. In fact, I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been a customer for almost 9 years. They do get busy as all AT&T stores do so it’s always great to make an appointment but they make you feel welcome no matter how busy their day is. Way to go AT&T for hiring quality people.”

“Marcus was the person who helped us set up our new Samsung phones. Marcus was the most helpful and courteous person we have ever had the pleasure of working with in setting up our Samsung S series phones at the Clermont Spectrum Store. He was extremely patient and went way beyond and above the amount of time needed spending with us, making our experience the best it could possibly be. He had to upload files on our phones separately because the files were too big which took even more of his time. Marcus went through every app making sure everything was working correctly and also helping us with our passwords.
