“Device doctors is the real deal. Took my phone there after UbreakIfix failed to identify the problem with my phone and ended up costing me money unnecessarily. Device doctors identified the exact chip component in the motherboard of my phone that was causing my issues at NO CHARGE in about an hour. Exceptional service.”

“Cassie and Zach were amazing! Not only were they friendly, they were very helpful as well! Cassie made sure I got the maximum rebates for switching my service from Verizon to T-Mobile and made the process so smooth and easy. I came to this location and even drove a little further to do so after reading reviews of other T-Mobile stores in the area and I’m glad I did! I don’t think I would’ve received the help and service that I did from Cassie and Zach at any other location. If you are needing to visit a T-Mobile store I recommend coming to this location, they will do you right and not try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Thank you Cassie for your assistance and Zach for the laughs and good vibes! 😎 -Matt”

“Awesome staff: I accidentally deleted my phone. And then I had a bunch of issues with it after that. A gentleman named, Izzy, worked tirelessly to make my phone work correctly and efficiently. Customer service while working with him and Dave was fantastic. In fact, I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been a customer for almost 9 years. They do get busy as all AT&T stores do so it’s always great to make an appointment but they make you feel welcome no matter how busy their day is. Way to go AT&T for hiring quality people.”

“Nothing but nice things to say bout these folks. They are kind people who help the moment they see someone needs it. I've never had a bad experience. Corporate could stand to recognize this is a main store for the area and help them out a bit. It's my only reason for 4 stars”

“I had an excellent experience with Juan at Verizon. After visiting two different Verizon stores where no one was able to help me solve my issue, I came to this location and Juan immediately treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. He took the time to understand my situation, was very patient, and successfully resolved the problem with my phone. I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Juan, for your respect, professionalism, and willingness to help. Verizon is fortunate to have an employee like you. Highly recommended!”
