He helped me choose the right computer, assisted me with a return, and guided me through the purchase process without any pressure. What stood out the most was his patience and knowledge. He went the extra mile to find me a better deal so I could get more value for my money, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping the customer. I work in sales myself, so I really appreciate when someone takes the time to do things right and puts the customer first. Zane is a great example of that. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I truly hope he gets recognized for his work. Best Buy has a great employee on their team. I would definitely come back to shop with him again and continue shopping at the Winter Garden location.”

I sat down to wait and not even ten minutes later Chris called my name. Chris has the best customer service personality. He was kind, helpful, and made the extremely stressful process easy. I have been a customer of Verizon for over a decade and he was the absolute best Verizon agent I’ve ever encountered. He should seriously be training others or at the very least recognized for the level of service he provides. I highly recommend this location.”
