She was unbelievably patient and explained everything we needed to know in great detail. She helped us set up our new phones and went above and beyond our expectations for service. She found us the right plan for our situation and made sure we got the best deal and pricing. She installed all protective covers and shields and orchestrated flawless transitions of our data to our new phones. I can not recommend her enough.”

From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to really understand what I needed. He helped me choose the right computer, assisted me with a return, and guided me through the purchase process without any pressure.
What stood out the most was his patience and knowledge. He went the extra mile to find me a better deal so I could get more value for my money, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping the customer.
I work in sales myself, so I really appreciate when someone takes the time to do things right and puts the customer first. Zane is a great example of that.

“When I first walked in the place was packed, I thought it would be a long wait but it wasn’t. I was immediately greeted and checked in. I sat down to wait and not even ten minutes later Chris called my name. Chris has the best customer service personality. He was kind, helpful, and made the extremely stressful process easy. I have been a customer of Verizon for over a decade and he was the absolute best Verizon agent I’ve ever encountered. He should seriously be training others or at the very least recognized for the level of service he provides. I highly recommend this location.”
