I am happy because he did not try to push me to buy a plan or charge me for extra things and then offer me "free" stuff as a "compensation" for the extra charges. When I walked in to the store he immediately greeted me and started to help me, a bonus was that he also from Chicago land areas where I'm from long story short he got me a brand new phone and had it set up and ready to go with in 20 minutes of me being in the store”

“Thank you Walmart Management and the entire team who have really done a great job since the new revamped management who are seeing how important it is to have live registers open for people who have a handicap. Going grocery shopping is hard enough. And using self checkout is extremely hard. Everything at this Walmart has changed! To finally be able to use a live registers and be greeted by a smiling associate made my day. I love the changes made and the point of service checkouts that have been beefed up with real humans. Helping the elderly and handicap with grocery bagging as self checkout for many people like me is unpleasant and turns into an ugly pain flare that lasts for days. I even received help getting my groceries in the car. All you have to do is ask. I love the changes and thank you Walmart for recognizing that customers have limitations. And monitoring your registers with peak times. I thank you for your kindness and smiles ! I know all of you work hard. I love the new and improved service!”

Extremely polite, knowledgeable, patient and kind considering he is likely half my age and extremely tech savvy.
