“The one reason that encourages me to continue to renew my lease at The Avenue is the management team. Yes, the amenities are nice, the apartments are OK, and the gym needs work. But Nick from the leasing office, Lauren from property management, and Andy, Nick, Kenny, and Eddy from the maintenance team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. You request fumigation, and they promptly come. If something breaks, they make sure to show up as soon as possible. An appliance is acting out? They replace it with a brand-new one. At The Avenue, they know you by your name and are ready to embrace you from the moment you walk into the leasing office and then continue to happily assist you throughout your entire stay. You may find similar amenities for slightly more affordable prices elsewhere, but I dare you to find such dedicated people running your complex. Maintenance-wise, the person who I resort to the most is Andy — who is absolutely fantastic and makes things happen — and prior to him, my guy was Brandon, who I used to call “Thanksgiving in a human form.” The place is also very quiet, no crazy parties and horrible neighbors, and they treat your pets like family with treats in the clubhouse and all! We are 5 min from FLL International Airport, 25 min from Ft Lauderdale Downtown, and 30 min from Miami. I definitely recommend The Avenue at Davie!”

The leasing office is always so attentive to any needs that we have. Honestly wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I even had friend that worked for Graham's residential tell me that if they ever moved to another apartment complex, they would move to fountain house. 10/10!”

“I am usually not a person to leave many reviews unless, I have felt that I tumbled upon a great person, group of individuals or place that merits a review that can highlight the person’s capabilities, and or a place or community that, can serve other’s who are in the market seeking this type of service and shelter. I must say that, both Mr. Joseph (Senior Property Manager), at Cortland’s Harbour Cove Apartments in Pembroke Pines, Fl., are beyond one if the most outstanding, professional, caring and compassionate people that I have ever came across when seeking a residential unit, to addressing any concerns or needs within my existing apartment. Although, Mr. Joseph became the Property Manager (approx a year to a yr 1/2 ago), he has always demonstrated kindness and solutions to make it fair for both the residents and the Management Company. The units are currently being renovated and I must admit that from the paint, new appliances, vertical blinds, new lighting fixtures, flooring, upgrading the recreational areas (not to mention, everything else that’s in store), has truly made a remarkable and meaningful difference. Furthermore, Mr. Steve (Lease Consultant), is also very attentive and engages in community activities and is beyond welcoming and inviting. In addition, Brandon (Maintenance), is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and always prompt when addressing any work orders. Conclusion, I and my family, are beyond grateful and highly recommend Mr. Joe, his team members and this property to anyone that is in the market for a family oriented, nice, cozy, spacious apartment with a variety of fun amenities and community engagement, then, Cortland at Harbour Cove, Pembroke Pines, is definitely a property that you would want to consider. “We, my wife and I have been tenants with Josette Seide Warburton, Property Manager for Palm Ranch Davie for over a year and three months and our experience has been fantastic. What impressed us most was their outstanding communication and maintenance of the property. For example, as I was leaving the property one morning Mrs Seide Warburton was doing pest control in her business dress attire. Her willingness to roll up her sleeves to do a job a pest control serviceman or mantainance man should be doing makes my wife and I feel proud to be a resident of Palm Ranch at Davie. Mrs. Seide Warburton and staff are always professional, and any questions my wife and I had were answered promptly. I highly recommend Palm Ranch at Davie to anyone looking for a responsive and reliable property management experience.”

“As I approached the building the property was stunning. The pool looks clean and refreshing. The property looked clean and well maintained. When arriving Adrian, Natalie and Jessica were all very helpful in the process of helping me find my dream apartment. As a first time leasee I didnt know where to start however they pointed me in the right direction. I explained to them my situation as well as what I had going on. They showed me 2-3 floor plans and ensured that I loved the floor plan I would be residing in. I also had issues with their verification system and they reached out and worked diligently with me. Another big thing that I really loved is that when I viewed the units I viewed units that I would actually be residing in. Thats the best way to view your apartment!
