Despite my iniitial suspicious due to their very high ratings, the experience turned out to be exceptionally positive. The staff is very honest and reliable. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty drain plug cap and fixed it as a favor and did not charge me a penny for that. And I just paid for the oil change. I went to Fire Stone before this place and Fire Stone was asking for $550 to fix the leaking problem.”

“Alex is literally one of the most honest mechanics I know. He really takes the time to diagnose the issue and gives you honest opinion. I have been using the same mechanic for 10 years but he took the customer service level to a whole another level. I came in through a referral of my friend and he treated me like a family I was stressed and panic because I needed my car fix before I went to work he was patient and did all before 3 hours. They have the combination of towing and repair. The guys were able to tow my car after the flood in the middle of the night without keys, transferred it to the body shop and all the workers were very responsive and responsible, helping me with some suggestions and recommendations.
My flooded car was totaled by insurance and I came by with my new car to install the dash cam, which was successfully done in short amount of time.

“My tire was completely torn off of the rim and I could not get the special lug it off of my tire because the special key was stripped. A complete different tire company sent me to "Good Wear" because they too could not take my special lug nut off. I was told Good Wear specializes in these specific situations. I called Good Wear & they were super helpful, even though they were closing within 10mins once I called they still waited & helped me out. The gentleman was able to take off my lug nuts in 10mins of me getting my car towed there. They were extremely professional. I will definitely come back if I ever have an issue my with tires/lug nuts & absolutely will recommend them. I loved that I was in & out.”
“I love supporting small businesses and so happy to have found this auto shop that specializes in German cars just minutes from my home. Our Mini Cooper Countryman has a German engine and needs a mechanic who knows those engines.
They were able to get my car in quickly and their prices are VERY reasonable!!
The have a small office / waiting area with seating and complimentary water and snacks.
Kelsy was very nice and friendly helped me get everything set up for the appointment! They make it very easy to pay for services by sending a text with a link so you can pay before you get there. That way you can grab your car and go!
They are open Monday through Saturday from 8-5. Shop doesn’t have any sign outside of it really, so when you see a bunch of BMWs you’re in the right place.”

The service was above and beyond. The price was fair and reasonable . (Not the ridiculous price of $211 labor only, quoted by another auto store just to change a darn headlight/bulb?.)
