“I can only say Jonathan Smith employee at the Miramar center is probably the only person in Citibank that has high customer service morals, I came in very upset as always with Citibank as I just hung up with another rude employee, and he open my savings account as we talked as friends would, I felt at ease and comfortable and content with his professionalism and attention to my banking issues. The only employee that I encountered in over two years and Citi should see why, but I bet they don't even care because I spoke with a concierge and he is not even professional, so really who is the example well my gosh an employee (Jonathan thank you for existing in Citi bank, I'll stop by and say hello sometime soon. Again thanks you sir. ?”

Waiting in the line is never a hassle or a long wait, everyone who works here is pleasant, you are always greeted. I love this location, I usually come here to do deposits or get a roll of quarters for the Miami Beach parking meters. This location is perfect because it is located in The Shoppes At Monarch which has restaurants, clothing stores, and a few large stores like Kohl's. So it is perfect to do other errands before or after you can do your banking business.”

“I visited three different Chase branches . No one was able to help me. I travel 45 minutes to this branch 6860 miramar parkway. I walked in a woman say hello how can I help you? I told her I need help with my online banking .' She said to me all of my banker's is currently with a customers'. She ask for my name and a phone number she can call me when someone is averrable. I give her my name and phone number. Not even 10 minutes after she called me to come inside the branch. she called the online banking department for me. She was on hold for 25 minutes. Other employees was calling her for help. She was helping them and me. I feels so bad I didn't get her name.She was able to help restore my online banking. I live in Miami this branch is about 45 minutes from my house. I will stop by again to get her name.”

Although the office was short staffed due to the holidays, she was able to provide needed assistance and guidance to other crew members while helping us, but never lost focus on us. Our experience was very good.”
