This past year, I had an issue with my broken mailbox, and even then he would always step out of his truck to carefully deliver the mail. He never complained, always kind and always with a smile. His dedication and humility have meant so much to me and my family. I came in needing a notary for some urgent documents, and I was AMAZED to learn they also offer apostille services right there on the spot. I was fully prepared to travel to Tallahassee after notarizing the document just to get the apostille done, but thanks to Laura, I didn’t have to. She took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made what I thought would be a stressful situation quick and efficient. Mailtime saved me so much time and energy… I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Not sure why they get such bad reviews. I’ve been there a dozen times and everyone always has a smile on their face - even in the last hour before closing time when everyone is in a rush. They are helpful, offer a marker, make suggestions, and even offer extra packing tape if you need it. They don’t make you get back in line and wait; they’ll take your package when it’s ready if you had to make changes. This location is great.”

“This is my local post office and I've used them for everything from prepaid returns to buying stamps to sending international packages to money orders. Usually very little wait time, and friendly interactions with the experienced and efficient staff. It's so convenient and pleasant (unusually so by Miami customer service standards) that I'm honestly afraid DeJoy will shut this location down. Treat the staff with kindness and respect and it will be reciprocated!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Jojo at USPS! She went above and beyond to help me get my PO Box set up, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
As an active-duty military member, my schedule and situation can sometimes make things a little more complicated, but Jojo tackled every challenge quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner.
On top of her professionalism, she was genuinely kind, respectful, and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing excellent customer service, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

He went the extra mile for the customer in front of me, but was courteous enough to get me started on my 9 envelopes that needed stamps while he continued to help the lady get her package sent the fastest, most economical way possible.
He was able to help both of us out with professionalism and a smile.
I was only there for about 10 minutes, but it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had at a Post Office. If I ever need anything mailed, I want a clerk like Daniel helping me out.
