“Over the past ten years, Mr. Jim has been our mailman, and I can’t thank him enough. This past year, I had an issue with my broken mailbox, and even then he would always step out of his truck to carefully deliver the mail. He never complained, always kind and always with a smile. His dedication and humility have meant so much to me and my family. I give him five stars and more without hesitation.” I will personally look 👀 in my neighborhood to see if anyone needs help fixing their mailbox 📪 and help them out”

“1000 stars! Outstanding service I came in needing a notary for some urgent documents, and I was AMAZED to learn they also offer apostille services right there on the spot. I was fully prepared to travel to Tallahassee after notarizing the document just to get the apostille done, but thanks to Laura, I didn’t have to. She took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made what I thought would be a stressful situation quick and efficient. Mailtime saved me so much time and energy… I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Tucked conveniently inside a Chevron gas station, this small and quaint United States Postal Service location offers a surprisingly smooth and efficient experience for all your mailing needs. It may not be a full-sized post office, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in convenience and ease. One of the biggest advantages of this location is how quick and hassle-free everything is. Whether you’re dropping off a package, buying stamps, or sending out a last-minute letter, the process is straightforward and efficient. There’s rarely a long wait, which is a huge plus compared to larger, busier post office branches. The setup inside the Chevron is simple but well-organized, making it easy to get in and out without confusion. It’s perfect for people on the go—especially if you’re already stopping for gas or snacks. Having postal services available in such a convenient spot saves time and makes everyday errands much easier to manage. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that even in a smaller space, customers still receive the support they need. They’re knowledgeable about mailing options and happy to assist with any questions, which adds to the overall positive experience. Overall, this compact USPS location is a hidden gem. It’s quick, convenient, and incredibly practical for handling everyday postal tasks without the stress of long lines or crowded lobbies. If you’re looking for an easy way to take care of your mailing needs, this spot inside Chevron is a great choice.”

“Not sure why they get such bad reviews. I’ve been there a dozen times and everyone always has a smile on their face - even in the last hour before closing time when everyone is in a rush. They are helpful, offer a marker, make suggestions, and even offer extra packing tape if you need it. They don’t make you get back in line and wait; they’ll take your package when it’s ready if you had to make changes. This location is great.”

“This is my local post office and I've used them for everything from prepaid returns to buying stamps to sending international packages to money orders. Usually very little wait time, and friendly interactions with the experienced and efficient staff. It's so convenient and pleasant (unusually so by Miami customer service standards) that I'm honestly afraid DeJoy will shut this location down. Treat the staff with kindness and respect and it will be reciprocated!”

“I had the need to express how nice and sweet and polite the 2 employees that worked at this location are. Is very odd for me to go to a USPS location and find employees this nice normally they are rude don’t even say hi or smile. Honestly I was very impressed and had to write about it. Thank you”

“I had an outstanding experience with Jojo at USPS! She went above and beyond to help me get my PO Box set up, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As an active-duty military member, my schedule and situation can sometimes make things a little more complicated, but Jojo tackled every challenge quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. On top of her professionalism, she was genuinely kind, respectful, and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing excellent customer service, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Jojo, for making what could have been a frustrating process so easy. USPS is lucky to have someone like you representing them!”

“Just want to leave a 5 star review for Daniel. He went the extra mile for the customer in front of me, but was courteous enough to get me started on my 9 envelopes that needed stamps while he continued to help the lady get her package sent the fastest, most economical way possible. He was able to help both of us out with professionalism and a smile. I was only there for about 10 minutes, but it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had at a Post Office. If I ever need anything mailed, I want a clerk like Daniel helping me out. Keep up the fine work, you're giving postal employees a good name.”
