My toddler girl and infant son were getting restless while we were waiting for the bill, so I brought them to this Lily Pulitzer. The staff was amazing! “I first and foremost have to say this was our best experience with going into Naples for the day. My husband and I were recently staying in Marco Island and decided to drive into Naples before the hurricane weather started. We came across this store and I have to speak on behalf of Susan, and say how amazing she was! She helped us find the perfect gifts to bring back to Buffalo for our two children. She was so kind and helpful and just made us feel right at home. This was also our first time experiencing any type of hurricane and she was so calm and made us feel so much better. The store is absolutely beautiful and a must see if you are heading into Naples for the day or a vacation. We cannot thank her enough for everything and we look so forward to visiting the store when we come back! Great gifts for all children here!”

“There’s pros/cons when I sell at this Once Upon a Child. I was once told I can’t use their bathroom, but a white remake asked and she was granted access. When I confronted the person that works there! She stated that the bathroom was being renovated when I asked. ???♀️That was a lie because that was the same day I asked her to use the bathroom when I dropped off my stuff. Also, you can’t use their carts to load your stuff from your car?? What’s the point of having carts in the store of customers can’t use them to load up stuff from their cars. ??♀️”

“This is a lovely children’s boutique. Both women who helped me were friendly and kind during my visit. The selection of clothing and accessories for children is enormous- beautiful detailing on many things, gorgeous embroidery, seer suckers and other fabrics are very finely made. I was buying things for my first grandchild and I anticipated an elevated experience with clothing options the like of which you do not find at department or big box stores. This shop did not disappoint! I was surprised to see poor reviews from others as I did not have an experience like theirs. When you shop at stores in higher end areas, anticipate a little higher price. Also be sure to ask about a return policy before you purchase so there is no misunderstanding. I will definitely be back!”
