“Incredible experience and quality. I bought a thrifted jacket online, good material and fit my chest right, but it made my torso look like a rectangle. I took it here to get it tapered along the waist as I am a thinner guy, and Ben put the pins in and worked his magic. I gave it to him on Tuesday, he said he would give it back to me on Friday, and instead he finished it by Wednesday noon. Now it fits fantastically. The service was done with a beaming smile. No complaints, I can only recommend.”

The boutique was inviting and organized to encourage a wonderful shopping experience. Special kudos to Dolly who was so helpful and kind. Sadly, this service excellence mantra was not embraced by the older woman with strawberry blonde hair at the front counter and the young woman with black hair who assisted her. “Stopped in late one afternoon without an appt to browse mother of the bride dresses. The shop was quiet and I saw a few beautiful dresses. When approached by a sales women I asked if I could try a few on. I was greeted with enthusiasm and told I could absolutely try on. She even showed me a few dresses I hadn’t scene and explained some variations I loved a dress on the mannequin and she let me try it on. That was the one! Tailoring, although expensive, was done on time and beautifully. I love the dress and received so many amazing compliments on it”
