They have self checkout or regular cashiers but I love the fact that there is multiple self check out registers for quick easy check out so you’re not having to wait in a long line always immaculate always clean. Tommy Bahama store at Mercato in Naples was just very bad experience. I asked them if they can check others stores if they have the dress. They said no I guess they didn’t care at all. Very happy I drove to Venetian Village where they were very happy to help me and find the dress in Estero store, made a call and make sure they hold it for me. If you shopping for Tommy Bahama I highly recommend this location!”

    “I stopped by the shop after the pop-up that was at the Mini Bar Naples. I instantly fell in love with all of the quality items in the store as well as the excellent customer service. You can tell they pay attention to every single detail, including how organized their dressing rooms are with bottles of water, make up wipes, and various shoe heights to try with pants or a dress you may be trying on.
