“My camera stopped working on my IPhone 13 so I figured I would drive to the Apple repair shop only to find that they were just too busy to take a walk in… so I scheduled an appointment for the next day (today, Friday the 13th. I’m not superstitious but I didn’t want to drive all the way back up to Apple Store just to have them tell me that I needed a new camera. A friend recommended I go to the brand new Techy store inside of Walmart on East Trail since I lived down here I figured why not. I’m so glad I did! The young man in the photograph is named Jesus literally JESUS…he is not Spanish so it’s not pronounced “Hey-sues “. He said the cost for a new backside camera would be $159 BUT he could open the back and see if the cables needed cleaning and re-seated for $20 and said it’s worth a try and if it worked great and if not he would apply the $20 towards the $159. And guess what what happened? No GUESS! lol. ?. It was supposed to be an unlucky day and “JESUS HEALED MY PHONE” for $20 vs having to shell out $159! Very fair and honest phone service and repair shop…and THANK YOU JESUS!”

“I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Daniel and Carlos in the printing department today. They were both incredibly helpful from start to finish. When I first called with questions about laminating a poster for my nephew’s graduation, they were patient and informative. Then when I arrived, they immediately explained my options and were able to laminate the poster within about 25–30 minutes. After that, I realized I still needed to print flyers and had absolutely no idea how to format a vertical image on one side and a horizontal image on the other for double-sided printing. Carlos immediately told me to come over to the counter and helped me figure it out within seconds. Everything came out PERFECT. Both of them saved me so much time today and honestly made my life so much easier. They didn’t have to be as kind, patient, and gracious as they were, and I truly appreciated it. To top it all off, right before I left it started pouring rain, and they even made sure everything I purchased was covered and protected from getting wet. Thank you both so much. I appreciate it more than you know — you really made my day!”

“These young people who work there are not only expert about computers and watches and phones, they are kind and so helpful. I am older….much older, but that doesn’t seem to bother them. Every Apple person I have met there has been great!!!”
