“My camera stopped working on my IPhone 13 so I figured I would drive to the Apple repair shop only to find that they were just too busy to take a walk in… so I scheduled an appointment for the next day (today, Friday the 13th. I’m not superstitious but I didn’t want to drive all the way back up to Apple Store just to have them tell me that I needed a new camera. A friend recommended I go to the brand new Techy store inside of Walmart on East Trail since I lived down here I figured why not. I’m so glad I did! The young man in the photograph is named Jesus literally JESUS…he is not Spanish so it’s not pronounced “Hey-sues “. He said the cost for a new backside camera would be $159 BUT he could open the back and see if the cables needed cleaning and re-seated for $20 and said it’s worth a try and if it worked great and if not he would apply the $20 towards the $159. And guess what what happened? No GUESS! lol. ?. It was supposed to be an unlucky day and “JESUS HEALED MY PHONE” for $20 vs having to shell out $159! Very fair and honest phone service and repair shop…and THANK YOU JESUS!”

“I had such an amazing and easy experience here. My son’s iPad broke and I called to see if they could fix it. Frank gave me an estimate over the phone which was so much lower than I was expecting and said he could fix it in an hour. I came by the next day and dropped it off. Came back an hour later and turned out another part inside was broken. He told me he could order the part and have it ready the following day. But they also had used iPads for sale in the store and getting a new one (better model) would have been cheaper so I went with that. He gave me a great deal and helped me figure out the lowest price with his boss. He was super nice and helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend especially when going to the Apple Store directly is outrageous in cost. Definitely five stars recommend. I’ll come back here with all tech issues in the future.”

“PS5 Disc drive was busted. The store was backed up with consoles in disrepair. Even then, I got my PS5 earlier than expected. They waited for a bit after closing just so I could pick up my PS5 before the weekend. Clark fixed the hell out of it. Great guy. Great service.”

“Tucked into a small business strip at a busy intersection, it is easy to overlook, but after googling and talking to the owner/operator I took my phone and was very pleased with the quick service and prices. Will gladly recommend.”

“Technician repaired the broken glass on my old iPhone 4; a difficult one to replace the glass on. The young lady there was knowledgeable and professional. The fee they charged was reasonable and fair. I will return to them if I need phone repair.”

“I had an exceptional experience at The House of High Fidelity in Naples. Pam was meticulous, attentive, and absolutely outstanding from the very beginning. She personally contacted McIntosh to manage the issue with my C49, took full responsibility for the entire process, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, clear, and always timely. During my visit, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and gave me a complete tour of the shop, sharing the history of its origins back in 1957. Her deep knowledge of audio, combined with her natural skill in human relations, made the experience both professional and memorable. She represents the very best of what high-end audio service should be. This is exactly the kind of small business we need to support — built on true heritage. My sincere thanks also go to the entire store staff, including Mr. Garcia, whose expertise and support added even more value to the experience. Pam, I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you for everything.”
