“My only complaint is that the pool is packed in and on this particular weekend it was filled with children. When all you want to do is lay in the sun, relax, read and all you can hear is kids... not idyllic. Wrong weekend to come. This is a smaller property for Ritz but it is still lovely. As always the staff are impeccable, kind and accommodating. Angelica on the front desk is just incredibly genuine and pleasant. Valet is prompt and pool side food/drink is quick and delicious. Always a lovely stay, thank you Tiburon”
“I wanted to get this review to Andrew Rogers (I believe he is the general manager).
Our family had brunch this Sunday in the Nolita restaurant at your Naples Florida property. The food and atmosphere were as perfect as always (we've lived in Naples for 24 years), but the service was what compelled me to write this review.
Our waitress was Marsha and she literally made our day.
When we go to the Ritz we always feel like we are at the nicest mansion, with the best food, and amenities but today Marsha made that mansion feel like our home.
Marsha's kind heart, enthusiasm, and charisma helped us have the best experience we've had so far at any of your properties.
I do not want to hurt your F&B service team by taking her off the floor but I would be willing to bet her light would shine just as bright at the highest positions in your company (and this would blessing for your buisness in return).
People can go anywhere to celebrate their special days. Food and atmosphere can only go so far. It's the people on staff, like Marsha, who can make it a truly memorable experience!

“Pretty and indulgent place to stay in Naples! Location is beautiful, views of the bay and lovely balconies for catching sunrise! Casual bar on the docks was also pretty. Staff extremely friendly and kind. Rooms simple and clean! Free wifi, and free parking for 1 car per room. Would be great to have 2 glass cups of any type in the rooms. Free happy hour drink at next door Boathouse 2:30PM to 5:30PM is awesome, but Boathouse staff gave us huge attitude for using it.”

“Amazing high-tech rooms and amenities - the cleanest hotel, fitness gym (complete gym), and rooms I've ever experienced! Service and food are excellent. Quality and healthy breakfasts included. I didn't go there for medical services. I simply stayed in the hotel for business meetings.Rooms: Modern, high-tech, immaculately clean rooms. Some have a shared, private meeting, lounge area between clusters of 4 rooms...Noteworthy details: Full service gyms, clean and excellent, varied equipment. They offer pickleball, basketball, table tennis, smoothie / juice bar...”
“We had our doubts about this hotel after reading the reviews.
We went for Christmas & special bday.
The experience was above and beyond, who make it possible from the first time was Tamara, the manager who helped us with our reservation.
Then, we discovered that the whole hotel team was amazing and gave the best for an even better experience.
Plus the location and beach are amazing.

“Solid motel with everything you need in the USA. Unfortunately our bed was very lumpy and the room was quite narrow. The breakfast is very rich and especially with many branded products. What is a bit strange is that when you check in you have to explicitly select that the room will be cleaned. The reason is Covid, which is a bit ridiculous in 2024.”
“We came for four days during Christmas’ brake. The room was clean great mattress but pillows were small and unfriendly. No free water bottles. The TVs had old channels with no internet access or streaming services. We tried the restaurant and it was average. There is a large pool but we didn’t try it. It was close to 5th Ave and shopping area. Next visit we may try a different hotel”
“We stayed in a nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Large balcony with chairs and bed. No mosquito net on the balcony as we saw in most apartments. The interior was really in need of an update, it was already very outdated. But everything was neat, worked well and clean. There were enough kitchen utensils to make something yourself and a nice clean oven. In the middle of the apartments is a very nice swimming pool, closed with a fence. And there are more facilities such as a restaurant, BBQ area, gym, tennis and other games. It is beautifully laid out as a park with a fountain, waterfall, etc. Beautiful flowers, trees and creatures such as birds, lizards and an iguana were seen. But it doesn't feel massive because it was quite quiet, even on the weekend. In the morning you can get coffee in the lobby. Construction work started again on Monday at several apartments, which may cause noise pollution.”

“4 star pad in Naples!!!Can’t beat the location, it’s perfect. 5 stars.Service is average, they get the job done but looks like a job to them. Little things like the morning coffee carafes being empty on the 2nd floor coffee station, housekeeping arrived around 3:45 in the afternoon, after checking in and explaining I paid up for something quiet b/c I’ll be working in the room today, I end up overlooking the construction alley that was unreal…. Had to be moved. Constructions happens but the front desk wasn’t listening when I checked in. All in all, they do the job. 4 stars.The rooms, meh. Motion sensing light in the bathroom (terrible when getting up in the middle of the night, wow it’s bright!), college fridge that cycles, beds are firm, overall room are pretty sterile rather than inviting or comfortable. 3 stars.I’d stay there again but would be expecting a more of an aged Marriott experience than a 5 star boutique.”
“This is my second time staying here, last time I was here was 2018 and I don’t know why it took me so long to come back. Check in flawless, Dizani is a joy. Christian the bartender is awesome. Everything u can ask for in a bartender. Made me a bayfront sunrise and it was delicious. All this and I’ve only been here for 1 hour!!!!”

“The place was clean and updated. The staff were friendly. Location is good. I liked the engineered wood floors versus carpet, however, a person I traveled with developed really bad pet allergy attack after spending time in the room. Not sure what was the problem there. If you are not allergic to pets - definitely a good place to stay.”

“Hotel is really beautiful! My critique was the AC in the room. We had it at 66 all night and were still too warm. If that's not a concern than this hotel is excellent. Also, I booked through a third party so my gold status was ignored, I had a beautiful view of a parking lot, and i did not receive points or credit for the stay. I know this is about the hotel, but their in- house restaurant, Shula's Steakhouse, was really fantastic.”

“They responded very quickly to a minor issue we had when we first arrived, and gave us an option to move if we wanted. However, we did not want to move and problem was quickly resolved. We did not want to move because although we had the smallest room we had the best of the amenities offered. Gorgeous water scene and lovely outside areas, paddle boats, fire pit, grills, and great private sitting and lounging areas. Hostess was generous with info if you wanted any, but left you to yourself if you did not. She has a sweet and beautiful dog, and the owner happily welcomes good dogs and good pet owners. The place exceeded or expectations and we will definitely return with friends and family in the future.”
“I have been staying at this property annually for 15 years. The reason I continue to return is that it has local people that care about your stay. You have multiple dining choices and a huge fresh water pool on property. If you have a problem with your accommodation, they are all over it and it will be reticified ASAP. If you are looking for the Ritz-Carlton that's not here, just a down home atmosphere that you will enjoy, highly recommend.”

“Stayed back in August and enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and stoked well. Good hot water with good pressure! I only really slept and showered here but I would go back based on my experience. I'm super picky when it comes to hotels and this one wasn't perfect but it was enough where I could comfortably lay my head at night.”

“I enjoyed my stay in a ground floor unit on the south side of the pool & gardens. The beach shuttle only does 3 trips a day: 9 am, 11 am & 3 pm. That means you need to return on the 3 pm shuttle or find other transport back. I didn't use the shuttle due to its limitations on beach time. Instead, I drove to the beach at Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The full breakfast, outdoors & poolside, was well done.”

“Hotel is very clean and well kept. WiFi is quite slow. Breakfast is expensive for what it is. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Pool was well kept. Suite room with living area and bedroom was odd. The living room just had three couches and two chairs with side tables, no coffee table or desk or TV for the space either. Was not useful at all.”

“This weekend me and my fiancé stayed for one night and I have to say the room was spacious and clean. But I want to shout out Karson for her excellent service and for her great recommendations on places to visit. We visited her local beach in Bonita Springs Barefoot Beach and even saw a gopher tortoise. The beach was absolutely stunning and the water was amazing. Thank you again Karson and we will definitely be back for another weekend getaway!”
