Because I don't live anywhere near my storage unit. I went to corporate about it and they were rude and insensitive thank God for our new property manager Meggan for making sense of the situation she cares as if it were her items. If it wasn't for Meggan I would have given 1 star. Anyone renting from goulds location with an issue MEGGAN is very understanding & patient so please give her respect and the chance to resolve the issue before blowing up because she truly cares unlike the customer service agents and the supervisors that hide behind the phone and make matters worse & unsolved.”
