“Incredibly kind staff. I pulled in to the gas station on my way home to Destin and I was having a bit of car trouble. the gentleman who was working behind the counter was so friendly and so helpful! I cannot stress enough how much he was. He got me back on the road and Lord knows how long I would’ve been stuck had he not helped me. Thank you.”
“Ok I'm giving Tom thumb 5 but the guy behind the counter told me no when I asked to charge my e bike.. now I'm not sure if he knows this but it's one of those things you can be nice and say yes to even if you don't know the answer to the question!!! It's called common courtesy.. I'm thinking it's the country he comes from because if not then he's just a mean person.. dude learn to be nice to people when they run out of gas or battery.. you might need someone to be nice to you one day!!”

“Great Tom thumb. I have been coming here for years and this store is always nicer than any other. And the ladies that work here are always so nice. I have not caught her name yet, because she is always so busy, but the nice lady with the forearm tattoo always is sweet and has gone out of her way to help me a couple times. I stop at this store instead of the one closest to my house.”

“Walgreens at the Navarre location has been great for me. I've used them for 3 years and consistently get great service. I use their pharmacy drive thru and the web app frequently to request my prescriptions. I have also used the app to do some online shopping and pick up which is a great service too when I'm short on time. I've also done in-store shopping, and the cashier are quick, attentive, and friendly. If i had any questions or issues with my prescription, I typically go inside to address that and always leave satisfied with an explanation or resolution. Most of the time, the line is short, but sometimes a customer is slow to comprehend so they have to take a little extra time... that's understandable. The drive-thru service has been slow at times in the past, but has improved greatly within the last year or so. I think they are simply better staffed now. I have not experienced lines and my turn at the window is very quick. Great service all around!!❤️”

“This is by far my favorite gas station to go to, despite another Tom Thumb being closer to my house, I still prefer this one. Why?? It kinda feels like going over to a friends house, when you walk in and feel comfortable, you feel welcome and at ease. Out of hundreds of visits, I've never had a single bad one. I call this one the Laredo Tom Thumb, and it will be my go-to store as long as possible.”
