“We went for new clothes. My son is 6 foot and it's hard to find clothes for him. He's about a 5x and the store didn't have much to offer. We did however find clothing he liked and we ordered it through the store. There was 1 person working and bless her heart she was running all over the place. Line was long. They did have more casual clothes in his size. Alot of shoes and accessories like belts, underwear and undershirts. It was an okay experience. Just wish they carried more variety for his size.”

But it turned out to be only $48...need $1 more to get $10 off! I didn't get the name of the cashier but she is so amazing! She immediately found a clearance hand soap worth $1.49 and I asked her to add it so I could get the $10 off. I saved a lot on a good pair of Sketchers thanks to great customer service!”

“Excellent customer experience! I was in Jacksonville for a few days and stopped in to WHBM about an hour before closing. The store was clean and well laid out. The staff greeted me and not just yelled at me from the checkout counter as I walked in like I experienced in other stores in the area, but actually approached and spoke to me politely to find out if I was looking for anything in particular. They were all personable and engaging as I tried on clothing and gave me honest opinions about fit and appearance. I honestly felt like they wanted to help me find what I was looking for and not just make a quick sale or two. Even though it was close to closing, and the door was locked behind me when I left, I never felt rushed while I was browsing.”

“I have a wonderful experience at this location (as always). I come and shop at this location every two weeks. I haven't had any issues or complaints. The staff are always very helpful and very friendly. I just wish Free People would open a branch in Saint Augustine. I live in Saint Augustine. It is a solid 45-minute from Saint Augustine to St. John's Town Center Jacksonville. Saint Augustine is a very touristy town, and it is growing. Free People, please open a branch in Saint Augustine. A lot of people in Saint Augustine will be very happy to have Free People store here.”
“There is a large variety of everything here except for what I need and/or always seem to be looking for...and that is cold-weather items. OK, I get it, this is Florida...but people do leave the state on trips during the wintertime now and then. It would be nice to have a few basics at least. Ho hum... Aside from the above...the selection is pretty broad and the employees are always helpful. I like coming in here to check out the sale items, etc. because you can get some good deals. There is plenty of parking as well...even for the location!”
