“We went for new clothes. My son is 6 foot and it's hard to find clothes for him. He's about a 5x and the store didn't have much to offer. We did however find clothing he liked and we ordered it through the store. There was 1 person working and bless her heart she was running all over the place. Line was long. They did have more casual clothes in his size. Alot of shoes and accessories like belts, underwear and undershirts. It was an okay experience. Just wish they carried more variety for his size.”

“The staff is helpful and friendly. I needed shoes that had arch support and were nice enough to wear out to dinner in this cooler weather. They did not have the color I wanted in my size so they ordered them for me and in a few days called to tell me they are in.

Carla has shoes that are fun, good quality, stylish, and affordable. Now I call and they help me make my selection by phone and texting. “Yesterday I went in to look for boots, found a pair that I wanted and realized there was a stain (ended up being glue) on them. Told the manager, Paige, about it. I asked her if maybe they had a wet cloth to see if it would come off, that would be great! It was the last pair so I couldn't just swap. She took her time to try to clean them as best she could, spent about 25 mins doing so and even gave me a discount for the trouble! She was amazing and is definitely manager material! Not just because she tried to clean the boot, her customer service is excellent! Please recognize her!”

“Excellent customer experience! I was in Jacksonville for a few days and stopped in to WHBM about an hour before closing. The store was clean and well laid out. The staff greeted me and not just yelled at me from the checkout counter as I walked in like I experienced in other stores in the area, but actually approached and spoke to me politely to find out if I was looking for anything in particular. They were all personable and engaging as I tried on clothing and gave me honest opinions about fit and appearance. I honestly felt like they wanted to help me find what I was looking for and not just make a quick sale or two. Even though it was close to closing, and the door was locked behind me when I left, I never felt rushed while I was browsing.”

“I’m really glad St. John’s has an Express! The store is a great option if you’re looking for something stylish but still wearable day-to-day. They usually have a nice mix of trendy pieces and wardrobe basics.
Staff are consistently friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciate. The store is well laid out and easy to browse, though sometimes the sizing can be hit or miss depending on the shipment. Stock isn’t always super deep, so if you see something you love, grab it.
