They have 2 virtual tellers inside, you still speak to and see a live person but its on a machine, they also have an extraordinary staff, super knowledgeable and friendly. “I do most of my banking online using the MidFlorida app which is an excellent piece of software compared to others I have used. I don't usually need to go to the branch but when I do the people there are more than friendly and helpful. Every time I leave I think to myself how lucky I am to be with this Bank. They are very accommodating and I have never left not getting what I needed accomplished. When I first was a mid Florida customer the only branch near me was quite a drive and very hard to get in and out of. When they opened a branch very near my home I was overjoyed. It made everything much simpler and I can just drop in anytime without having to fight traffic. So location location location, yes it does make a difference. I would recommend not only this bank but most especially this Branch to anyone looking to change financial institutions. I don't have a lot of money but they treat me like an important customer regardless of my financial situation. I'm never made it to feel 'less than', & it makes a difference.”
