They have 2 virtual tellers inside, you still speak to and see a live person but its on a machine, they also have an extraordinary staff, super knowledgeable and friendly. I had to get my debit card replaced and they can print them there, took a couple minutes.”

“I do most of my banking online using the MidFlorida app which is an excellent piece of software compared to others I have used. I don't usually need to go to the branch but when I do the people there are more than friendly and helpful. Every time I leave I think to myself how lucky I am to be with this Bank. They are very accommodating and I have never left not getting what I needed accomplished. When I first was a mid Florida customer the only branch near me was quite a drive and very hard to get in and out of. When they opened a branch very near my home I was overjoyed. It made everything much simpler and I can just drop in anytime without having to fight traffic. So location location location, yes it does make a difference. I would recommend not only this bank but most especially this Branch to anyone looking to change financial institutions. I don't have a lot of money but they treat me like an important customer regardless of my financial situation. I'm never made it to feel 'less than', & it makes a difference.”
