Nowadays, good customer service is somewhat hard to find ,So I wanted to recognize these two ladies for their outstanding customer service!”

“Went into Ace this morning looking for some help with my concrete saw. The quick connect hose adapter wasn't working. Bruce, the former owner and father of current owner Adra was there. He immediately offered to help. Took me in the back where their repair shop is and helped diagnose and fix the issues which turned out to be several. He spent a good 15-20 minutes assisting me in fixing it. The only purchase needed was an .80 cent o-ring after he help clear the lines. They could've easily charged me a repair fee, but only charged me for the o-ring! Support your locally owned businesses! The customer service is far beyond what you'll ever get from Lowes or Home Depot! Thanks again Bruce, this was another reminder of why relationships are so important!”
