“From the word GO this company was a 5⭐️. Website easy to book. Check-in was a breeze with a Front Desk and Reservations crew who were knowledgeable and helpful. Easy parking, bathroom facilities (important after a long boat rental!). We were a large party, 6 adults, 5 kids. The Pontoon Boat was new, clean and extremely comfortable. Many thanks to Dockmaster/Captain Patrick for his help in getting us safely into the beautiful Blue Water of Destin. Recommend without reservation!”

“Easy check in - the agent - Robin - was so genuine and kind. She took the time to ask what our plans were for our vacation so our vehicle would be right for our trip. She treated my son with such kindness that he talked about it all week and was hoping to see her when we dropped off our vehicle. I appreciated the young lady in the parking lot that helped during check in and the gentleman that was there directing us where to park. They both asked us how our trip was and if we enjoyed the rental. Again, It did not feel like it was scripted but it felt genuine.”

“I reserved a Ford van to shuttle the guests for our daughter's wedding from two local motels to the beach for the service and back to the VRBO for the reception. A few days before the wedding, Eddie upgraded us to a Mercedes Sprinter when he learned we had elderly guests who would find that an easier experience...at no extra charge. The wedding day was blessed by the imminent arrival of Tropical Storm or Hurricane or Whatever-he-was Nate...the 5:00 p.m. ceremony was moved up two hours to 3:00 p.m., in order that guests could catch flights that had been changed or would be cancelled due to the storm. I contacted Eddie to see if a two hour earlier time frame was even possible and he immediately set my concerns to rest. The limo was there on time, everyone made it to the ceremony and the driver, Jay, was extremely polite and professional...and drove through the rising storm later in the evening to return our guests safely to their hotels. I can't say enough about the service and professionalism of D'Luxe Limo. Outstanding customer service does still exist. Thank you to Eddie and Jay. You guys rock.”

“After seeing all the horrible reviews for dollar, I felt I should provide an overall positive experience.
Returned my one way rental from PHX to VPS. The car wasn't the most clean on pickup. There were toothpicks and used q-tip and toothpaste in the passenger door along with dirt and in many places. However, all in all a pretty nice car, 2023 Toyota Camry. Their agent in PHX really helped me out of a pickle.
Just know if you are renting one way. You should depart with the car locally and fly home. Doing the reverse is a huge headache if you fly somewhere then decided to drive home. One way rentals require proof of travel date on/around the vehicle return date.”

“Ainsley answered my call. I needed help really bad. Without mentioning a competitor of yours, my car was totalled by someone driving one of their cars. That driver was at fault and sited. I needed car, without having to break my bank, waiting on insurance payment. I did have the Hertz car for almost a month. Everything and everyone was very understanding and helpful ☆☆☆☆☆5 star without a doubt.

“Easy retrieval of vehical and even though we returned it during their off hours, there was a worker in the lot waiting to check the vehical back in. There is also a drop box on the rental counter inside the airport for after hours if there aren't any workers present.”
