“I just hope that all the company’s associates are as helpful and courteous as Lily was with helping and as patient as she was with me. I was from out of town and had to pick several pair and had a toddler with me and the beautiful wife and had her do many shoe checks for all of us. I haven’t shopped at vans for many years but Lily has now made me a returning guest. She was very patient with me with making choices. VERY friendly and knows her products. She deserves a medal for her patience. She was the absolute best. Also one of the other people there Gainey was pretty great too.”
“My wife and I purchased shoes and various clothing items at substantially reduced prices. My $110 shoes were $49, sandals $50, were $20, and likewise my wife's shoes were substantially marked down. On checkout we received 50% off the second pair, and another 10% off on a Veterans discount. WOW!”

The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop. They had a great selection of clothes, shoes, and gear, with plenty of sizes available and some really good deals throughout the store. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience easy without being pushy.
I also liked that everything was laid out in a way that made it simple to find what I was looking for. The prices were good, especially for the quality, and it felt like a solid place to pick up athletic wear, everyday clothes, or gear for the family.
Overall, great customer service, good selection, and great prices. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for Under Armour gear.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. It was CROWDED and they decided that was the best time to restock everything but otherwise it was great. I got a good deal on my Crocs. This location had the ones I wanted and the other one didn't. The girl checking us out was great. I wish I could remember her name. Mid to late 20's, dark hair..super helpful. My husband also got a veteran's discount which was nice.”

“I was in search for a laptop bag. I had been to a couple of the other outlets in the same Plaza but did not want to pay some of the prices that they were asking.
I walked inside of Cole Haan and was immediately greeted by Juan. He definitely went over and Beyond to speak to me and find my needs. He made several suggestions of laptop bags. As I was looking through the bags he made sure to introduce me to one of the girls and showed me her bag. He also brought over Sunny to come and assist me. She was so friendly, and made sure she understood and listened to everything that I was looking for in a laptop bag. It was so pleasant as we were in another store previously and we were not even acknowledged. I felt like I was royalty or a celebrity showing up at the Cole Haan. He encouraged me to open the bag and pull out the paper so I can see how large it is.
Sunny quickly showed me how to use several of the straps and how I can wear it in different fashions. She even modeled it for me so I had have a visual.
My son wanted a vest while I was looking and they were so accommodating and made suggestions to the size and how he looked in it.
We were so blown away with the service. The store was very clean and organized. You could tell that the management, Juan treated it like he owned the store. I brought the laptop bag to the counter thinking I was just going to pay for the one that was on the rack. Juan and sunny instantly brought me a brand new one that was completely wrapped up. I definitely did not expect it. It made me feel so honored to be treated the way I was.
The prices were very reasonable. They had a 40% off discount as well as my son's military discount. I almost wanted to buy the whole store just because of the way the service made us feel.
Thank you so much Sunny and Juan. I and certain people make negative reviews but I truly feel that when people deserve the positives that should be announced as well.”
“The customer service at the Destin White House Black Market store is exceptional and rare. They are so helpful, and yet not pushy at all. It's obvious what lovely people these folks are because of the wonderful atmosphere and genuine smiles each and every time I'm in there. What's not to smile about though when you get to present gorgeous/timeless fashion to your customers. This winter's collection is absolutely gorgeous and figure flattering as usual. “I swing into Tory every summer to pick up my new sunglasses of choice. This is super fun and they most generally have a good selection. This year I couldn’t resist the 70% deal and got a purse too. The employees are always helpful and a few years ago they hooked me up with the text option. When the new catalog comes out they text it. I can buy from home in MO just by sending the pics back of what I’d like to know more about. They tell me the prices and sizes (if it’s shoes) available. I’ve done this several times. Bc at the outlets when it’s gone it’s gone and when we go at the end of the season a lot is picked over. Just ask when you’re in and you can get your personal shopper too!
Parking is plenty. Hours are good. Go find yourself something pretty.”
