Brutus is not animal friendly but is cool with people, his continuous bark at everything makes him a very intimidating 70lbs pit pup!! The entire office staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr Simoneaux was very pleasant, he listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to tackle Brutus’s allergies. So far my experience has been great thus the 5 ?

25120 Marion Ave, Punta GordaDr. Winter and his entire staff are AWESOME!!!! If I could give a ten star rating I would. Today I stopped by their office to see if they were open yet due to Hurricane Milton. My 14 year old Labrador Cahill was overdue for a monthly injection that he receives. Even though they weren't open and the staff were in the the middle of cleaning up from the hurricane damage, they administered Cahill's much needed medication. I am so thankful to all of them.

We were looking for a veterinarian who cares about our dog as much as we do, and we absolutely found that here. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by friendly faces to the time you speak with the doctor, you feel genuinely cared for.
They are completely transparent with their pricing and even follow up to check on your pup when they aren’t feeling well, which truly means a lot. We’ve received neutering services, cherry eye repair, and a same day appointment for a GI issue, and we’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

We struggled to find a vet that both our pets and we were comfortable with, but so many clients of our mobile pet spa had mentioned how great they are so we gave them a try. We survived the first night, barely, with much reassurance from Mark. The next day our decision was reinforced positively when the trainers began supplying feedback: text, pictures, and videos showing us the progress that our boy was already making and that he was doing ok and was happy. We looked forward to the multiple daily digital visual updates and were amazed how quickly Duke was learning. The team at ACD assessed our needs, worked their training magic on Duke, then focused on training us to give us the tools needed to continue to reinforce Duke’s good behavior and not bad habits. The entire team is remarkably responsive working together to help drain some of Duke’s energy, to prep him for training, to socialize him, to give us text responses to questions, pictures and videos several times daily, but we do want to give the trainers Emily, Hayley, and especially Ali a special shoutout. We appreciate all the time and dedication they devoted to our boy! But Ali!!! Her patient and consistent support not only working to train Duke but also building our skills and our confidence to also be able to train Duke has been a totally positive experience. We simply cannot say enough about Mark and the entire team at ACD! And….we know they will always be just a text away if we need more help.

My Cat Nap Cottage

I got video updates via email and a description of her disposition every few days which was nice. The new owners are super friendly and accommodating. Boarded my cat for 12 days in a large room with a screen door. She also got her nails clipped last minute while she was there. Make sure you reserve a spot there for your next vacation.

I got the sampler-mint chip, vanilla, creamsicle, black raspberry fudge, espresso chip. Scoops are very generous. Love that this ice cream is not super sweet and the ingredients are definitely high quality. Pay them a visit. Highly recommend!

But recently they stopped serving Pelican Tracks made for lactose intolerant and only offered vanilla with or without chips. They told me to contact Bonita Springs for their decision to discontinue. They said it’s WC choice. Either way I’m out totally. Super upset my choices are far and few between now. It was great !!! Really? Vanilla? Bummed.

Update 7/17: we’ve been back several times, every time we have a great time and the food is always phenomenal. The grouper is the best we’ve had in Florida. Christian was very attentive and we never needed a thing. The snook that hang out by the dock are huge and fascinating and the kids love feeding them.

After being seated, we sat 15 minutes while being completely ignored and watched a waiter and waitress walk by us four times without even acknowledging we were there. They had plenty of time to keep going back to the booth next to us full of teenager. Hostess could care less that we were leaving. We used to love always going here but, no more! Place has definitely gone downhill. New management is very much needed. Went down the street to Applebees. We were seated and taken care of within 2 minutes.
