I usually order sandwiches or pizzas to go, and despite always placing my order through the app well in advance, they still manage to forget it. Every time, I end up waiting anyway. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead—what's the point if I still have to stand around and wait? It just doesn’t make sense.
