“Absolutely fantastic experience from the time I walked in until the time I left. Wanted to buy a new racquet with similar specs to my old one, which I brought with me. Perry picked out several that measured up, gave me some pointers about each pick, and left me to shadow swing them to my hearts content. Picked the one I felt the most comfortable left both racquets for stringing went to lunch and when I came back everything was done.”

They ordered exactly what I needed from the place they get their apparel from immediately and had it customized, and ready in 3 days. They updated me on the status throughout the whole process. “We stopped by this running shoe store while getting ready for our upcoming ultra marathon. We actually went in planning to buy the Adidas Evo SL because we had already done a bit of research beforehand. But after talking with the staff, things changed.
They asked about the kind of distances we run, checked how we walk and run, and even watched our stride before making any recommendations. After the assessment, they explained that the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 would be a better fit for the way my foot lands and the amount of support I needed for longer miles. It honestly made a lot of sense once they explained everything.
I really appreciated that they weren't trying to sell us the most expensive shoe or the one we originally came in for. They took the time to answer our questions, let us try different pairs, and made sure we were comfortable before making a decision.
We left feeling much more confident about our purchase, and after a few training runs, I'm really glad we listened to their advice. If you're looking for people who actually know running shoes and want to help you find the right fit instead of just making a sale, this is definitely the place to go.”
