“Nicolas was awesome. Came in with my truck not sure if I was needing a new battery. Nicolas informed me there was 2 sizes it could be and would check that out when he tested the battery. Unfortunately the battery tested bad but Nicolas recommended the 4 year AGM battery and a terminal protector kit to prevent corrosion and installed the battery all within about 10 minutes. “I had to replace the battery on my 2019 Buick Cascada. Stopped in to have it tested and replaced. After purchasing the battery we had a few issues to get the battery out. problem with a hold down bracket. Well, after a young sales associate tried, he went to his manager to see if he could help. A gentleman name Eddy came out and looked at it. He figured it out and was able to get the bracket out so he could complete the installation of the new battery. I have to say, this team and Eddy, are top notch. They persisted to solve the issue and get me on my way. I have shopped there before and every time the staff has been outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend you stop that and buy the things you need. Looking forward to going back for additional items and services. Keep up the good work Eddy and team.”
