I called AutoZone asking about cost on the battery, and the woman on the ohone was so nice and patient with my cluelessness (first car). In the store, a man was also very patient, checked my battery, and thoroughly explained everything to me while I purchased a new battery. Awesome staff.”

“3 days ago I turned on the hazard lights and left the car. With the engine turned off, the car stood for approximately 40 45 minutes after which I could not start the engine because the battery was dead. I have a warranty on the battery that lasts until December 26 23. I went to Autozon to replace the battery under warranty, which was denied to me by an auto ozone employee. He told me that I have a bad generator; it does not charge the battery. After that, I decided to go to Advancs Auto Parts and asked the employees of this company for help to check my battery, he checked and said that my battery was out of order and needed to be replaced, that is, buy a new one. I thank the employee of this company for his attention and responsibility. The professionalism he shows towards visitors. Thank you very much to the employees. Advance Auto Parts. “We went to Murdock Walmart and they wouldn't put two of our back tires on because we had a nail in one of the front tires. Absolutely ridiculous, I called Northport they said absolutely we can handle the job and bring it in. The wait was pretty long about 3 hours however I was able to pick up my husband and go home which is not too far down the road. All and all great experience and we will be moving all of our vehicles to North Port rather than Port Charlotte!!”
