“We walked in and was instantly met by Preston. He was very pleasant and listened to my problem. My phone had messed up from downloads. While we were fixing that problem he asked if we stilled used our hot spot. Informed us of a better option, a router that would work better for our RV. After explaining how it would be better for our situation I asked him if they had a deal for getting my husband a better phone than the one he had.
