“Terrific service from Mr. Casella yesterday. With some trepidation, we made the decision to drop our 25–year carrier due to worsening customer service and billing errors. Joey was extremely patient and helpful in helping us transition to T-Mobile. Would highly recommend without reservation.”

“Zachary was super helpful and awesome! Got my phone upgraded and saved my family money by changing our plan to a cheaper one. Zachary was super knowledgeable and answered all my family's questions about phones, plans, and home internet. My favorite and go to MetroPCS! I've never had any problems here and will definitely be back when I need any help with my phone or MetroPCS. Thanks again I'm super happy with my new phone! ??”

“Went to the cricket store in Venice today. It is in front of TJMax. Could not get my voice text to work. The Hispanic young lady there was phenomenal. About 2:30 on Friday. She spent about 30 minutes on it and somehow got it to work. I would never have figured it out!! They would be well off to keep her around. I am impressed!! Thanks”

“I want to give a shout out to Derek Baker in the Venice Florida Verizon store. He was so helpful and patient with me and went over and above to try to settle a booster problem. Although I don’t have resolution yet, I’m sure he will get things solved for me. He is a wonderful asset to this store!”
