“My vehicle was damaged in a collision and needed to be taken in for repairs. Caliber had worked on it before so I went back to them. The original work was starting to show cracks and just so happened this damage was on the same panel. They were kind and professional through the entire process, not only fixing the current damage, but also redid the previous work. They said they have new body people who do a much better job and my car looks as good as new now. They even went out of their way to touch up a few other paint chips. Kenny called me with updates and I also received texts. He called me about 4 days earlier than the promise date to let me know it was ready and I was overjoyed. Drop-off and pick-up took less than 30 mins each. Highly recommend them for their great work and standing behind it. If you're busy like me too, they make the whole process easy and efficient. It was claimed through insurance so I didn't have to pay but it seemed like a reasonable price for the work that was done.”

“Following a complete exterior repaint of my Kia Soul at your facility, which was completed within the projected two-week timeframe, I was advised to refrain from washing the vehicle for 30 days. Post-wash, several paint imperfections were noted. After a further 12+ day repair period, the vehicle was returned, but the passenger-side mirror was then found to be inoperable. However, Jenkins Collision Center ultimately resolved both the paint and mirror issues. I commend Jenkins Kia Collision for the excellent paint job and your responsiveness to my concerns as a customer. I rate your service A+. Yes! I will continue to use your services in the near future”
