“This is my second time using Gerber, and while nobody wakes up excited to visit a collision center, this team somehow makes the whole process painless.
Char and Kristen are absolutely fantastic and deliver the kind of customer service that is becoming way too rare these days. The communication throughout the repair process was incredible — constant updates, no surprises, and the car came back looking perfect.
The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. Honestly, dealing with them was probably the best part of having to deal with car damage in the first place.
Highly recommend Gerber to anyone who wants quality work and outstanding service. I would absolutely use them again… although hopefully my car and I can avoid making that happen for a while.”

“Following a complete exterior repaint of my Kia Soul at your facility, which was completed within the projected two-week timeframe, I was advised to refrain from washing the vehicle for 30 days. Post-wash, several paint imperfections were noted. After a further 12+ day repair period, the vehicle was returned, but the passenger-side mirror was then found to be inoperable. However, Jenkins Collision Center ultimately resolved both the paint and mirror issues. I commend Jenkins Kia Collision for the excellent paint job and your responsiveness to my concerns as a customer. I rate your service A+. Yes! I will continue to use your services in the near future”
