“The place is good. A little crowded sometimes and I need to open a new register. Prices are fine. The bathroom is clean and the store is tidy. Employees are nice, the store is clean and well stocked. They have hot and cold food. Coffee and other drinks are always available. They sell gas. and cigarettes. They sell lottery tickets.”

“I stop at Racetrac a lot for multiple reasons.. good gas prices, clean restrooms, fresh ground coffee, good selection of snack and beverages. And the staff is almost always great. Today I had my best experience ever at this Racetrac in Ocala. Chris was extremely helpful pointing out a deal ID missed taking advatage of, very apologetic when I had to wait for a few minutes while he helped someone else. Cheery attitude Thank you!”

“Excellent quality space I would consider this an event center for the area as there’s always a lot going on. The restrooms are nice and tidy and there’s always a lot of folks coming in and out for that good gas. My favorite part is there were no transient people in sight and nobody asked me for any money the whole time I was here I give it a 10 out of 10 or a five out of five.”

“A great owner makes a great store experience ?! The man who owns this BP really cares about his customers and gets to know them over time . The store is easy to get around via wheelchair, IF you aren't new using a wheelchair or not going too fast inside ?
I always find what i go in the store for, because A. The owner keeps it stalked up . Occationally, if i can't find what i went inside for, the owner locates it for me right away , with a smile . CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS to THIS BP . He always holds the door for people in wheelchairs ♿️ ?. He is very kind. When the lady works , she's also very sweet. Smart lady. She pays attention

“This gas station and convenience store stays very busy. They are the only one for several miles. Gas prices at their BP pumps are on par but there is only one gas aisle with 2 pumps s there's usually a line. The interior is also small and is stuffed with all your needs. The proprietor is very kind.”

“This is my main store. I stopped there every morning before work. They have a big variety of drinks and snacks and also have a little sandwich shop located inside which the food is really good. They serve breakfast sandwiches and lunch. Mike the owner is there every morning until afternoon and will help you with anything you need. Clean store inside and out also bathrooms are cleaned up everyday I know for a fact because he hired a guy to clean the store everyday and have seen him whenever I go in.”

“This is specifically a review on Wawa Pizza.
Tonight on the way home, I picked up a large pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. Because they have the new deal going on until December for $10 for a large pizza and I believe $8 for a medium and $6 for a small. I was surprised that you can get two toppings on the pizza for that price. Although they will not let you get more than two toppings on a pizza unless you order a specialty pizza that has the items already selected. With that said, We were very surprised with the pizza. If you were to compare it to Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, and even our local Five Star Pizza, which is a conveyor belt Pizza, I Would say that it is better than all of them! The crust was cooked. Great! It had a nice crunch to it. I was surprised how similar it was to a regular pizza parlor. The sauce, the cheese, the mushrooms were great pizza. The only weakness was the Pepperoni. But it was still good. I think next time we are going to try the sausage with mushroom. At $10, I think this is a good pizza for sure! But if I were you, I would get them before the price goes back up. At the regular price, I would prefer going to A local Italian restaurant/ Pizza parlor.”

I’ve discovered that RaceTrac offers the best in-store promotions and sales of any on-the-go convenience store. While their fuel prices can sometimes be higher than competitors, the fair pricing inside makes it worthwhile in the end.
One area for improvement is customer service; the employees could benefit from additional training as they often come across as unwelcoming. However, I genuinely appreciate the rewards I receive via email. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email on my birthday offering a free swirl frozen yogurt. It was incredible, and the yogurt is delicious with a variety of yummy toppings!
I hope this special doesn’t fade away. I find myself stopping in frequently for the free item, often picking up a few additional items while I’m there. Overall, I’m very impressed with RaceTrac!”
