I went in there to have a pair of red cowboy boots fixed they were like new my husband gets his diabetic shoes there and they have always measured and fit perfectly. No matter how busy they are they never hurry you

“I have to take a moment and praise this employee. Not often in today’s world do you have amazing customer service. My son’s birthday is today. He turned 12. He’s a little bougie. So to walk into the store and have Louise at the register, his greeting was soft and polite. He approached my son and asked him what size my son said that a size 6 or 6 1/2. He went back and got the two sizes. My son put the 6 1/2 on my son is very funny about sizing but he asked Calvin to please trust him and try on a size 7. He did the shoe fit so much better. He is comfortable walking in them. He opened his eyes up, educated him. Explained how to take care of them, helped tie the shoe and asking how he liked his shoes tied. The mannerism the customer service the way he made my son feel like a young little king sitting there was amazing again you don’t get that often Louise thank you for today for giving my son that experience 12 years of his life and that was the first amazing customer experience. ??”
