“I almost forgot about this place. The mall was closed because of some serial killer shot up the mall right before Christmas so it was closed. DSW with the WINN!! I bought a few pairs of shoes for gifts and I’m definitely going back. I don’t think I will buy shoes at the mall anymore because DSW had amazing prices and shoes for guys and girls, boots and heels.”

It was our first time in a store to buy one and she helped us find the right one that my daughter wanted that matched the hair she had before she went through chemo. I'm sure we will be back. “I have been having a problem with my foot. My podiatrist referred me to this place for quality, support and a proper fit. I tried on a pair of shoes with the guidance of two ladies and these shoes are magnificent! They are so comfortable. I am thankful my podiatrist referred me to this place; I had never heard of them. I always went to a store, picked out shoes and made sure they were comfy and off I went! This is the ONLY place I will ever buy shoes again, as they care!!!!!!”

Johnny was very helpful along with the young gentlemen that works there he was young spanish and very helpful as well. Great customer service in this location. The only downfall was not many selections on size 13 Nike air max plus and Jordans. I saved 147.52”

“I took my daughter to get some shoes for school and immediately as we walked in Qintela offered to help us. Anyone who has kids knows how difficult it is when it comes to matching and sizes, but she was so patient with us and always had a smile on her face. She was very professional. She would also bring out shoes she thought we would be interested in, and looked up so many pairs for me on the computer. She was just amazing! Awesome customer service! “I went into the Snipes store up where I live because I was looking for a pair of NBA socks. (Actually I was just passing by and happened to see this store). I went in asked if they had any NBA socks and the girl said no. I looked around noticed some other NBA items. I saw some jerseys and looked at those. I didn't necessarily need socks, I was looking for some nba items (for a Christmas gift). I found some and asked if they were on sale and yes they were. It was priced at 50% off. I got it when the girl rung it up it was even less than I thought it would be. It had been marked down from the price that was showing on the tag. I only asked the one question about the jersey and didn't need any other help. The jersey was nice and it was liked. I was satisfied with the customer service.”
