The Aquatic Source
6160 SW State Rd 200 Ste 111, OcalaI drive ~ 1 hour just to visit this aquarium store. Owner is very knowledgeable and kind. They’ve expanded out their store over the past few years to include more fish. Great price on spiderwood and rocks. Betta fish are in their own tanks with a drip water change system. I’ve never seen a dead fish ever in their tanks. Beautiful plants. Many varieties of Cory which Im always looking for. They also sell Aquarium coop goods!
Update June 2025: I was able to find local celestial pearl danios here!! More harlequin rasboras and a blue eyed yellow pleco. Still highly recommend.
Update June 2026: all of my celestial pearl danios are still alive and my pleco is THRIVING.

KC Cavaliers
10144 NW 21 St, OcalaI recently purchased a chocolate Cocker baby from Judie for my granddaughter. Judie engineered a trip from Florida via airplane with a Puppy Nanny to NJ for the cost of a plane ticket. My son and DinL met the Nanny at the airport with a smooth transaction. All paperwork was professionally completed before the transaction. My granddaughter loves her beautiful brown cocker. Smart and best personality, a common thread on the reviews. When my granddaughter walks her, she prances that cocker flow! In addition, I purchased a black/tan cocker four years ago from Judie. I repeat all of the above. She is so loving and has the best disposition! Loves everyone, doesn’t bark at other puppies, loves interactions with everyone. She’s my golf cart/walking Buddy. Thank you Judie for these two beautiful puppies! You’re the best!

7763 Southwest State Rd 200, OcalaI have one pup who is friendly and outgoing, always takes to new places and people. I have another who is scared of her own shadow, is frightened by anything out of her normal routine and has had bad experiences with groomers in the past.
The ladies at Sit N Pretty were absolutely amazing with both of my dogs. They were so patient and kind and understanding of our needs. They took their time and let my dog have breaks as needed and never complained once about the extra time it took to get her settled in. I will 100% bring my dogs back as long as Sit N Pretty is open for business.

Doggy Bubbles Grooming and Boarding in Ocala
3912 Southwest College Road, Ocala🐾💙 HUGE shoutout to Doggy Bubbles! You guys are absolutely AMAZING! 💙🐾I cannot say enough good things about this place! I took my 5 month old mini poodle here and My little boy looks absolutely adorable, and I am beyond happy with how they cleaned him up and made him look so handsome they gave me exactly what i asked for!
Before finding Doggy Bubbles, I took him to another groomer who told me he was too hyper and bad behaved and it wouldnt be possible to cut him for a long time. 😭 I was panicking because his hair was getting so long that it was already taking me an hour just to brush through it and i was so upset, they shaved his head so unevenly and left the rest of his body hairy..... i picked him up looking worse than i brought him and was loosing hope 💔 Then I found Doggy Bubbles, and I am SO glad I did! 🥹❤ They did such an amazing job with him, cleaned him up beautifully, and made him look absolutely precious! You can tell they really know what they're doing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. And on top of that told me he was actually a very well behaved puppy !! If you're seeing this post and wondering whether you should give Doggy Bubbles a try, THIS IS YOUR SIGN! 🐾💕 Don't let a bad grooming experience make you give up i am truly so greatful i found this place. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who can make their fur baby look and feel amazing! Thank you, Doggy Bubbles, for taking care of my boy and making him look so handsome! You have definitely earned a happy customer, and we will absolutely be back! 10 out of 10 ! Ps, this is my second review i am writing because i am just EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!!!

When we arrived they brought her right in, requested I come back & hold her head area to keep her calm, and had her nails trimmed beautifully in less than 6 minutes. The girls there were friendly, knowledgeable & no nonsense!
All said, we were in & out in under 10 minutes. Extreemly fair price of $11 I think.

Most importantly, they were so loving, gentle, and kind with both of my dogs. My pets were genuinely cared for and treated with compassion.
