Missy, along with MacKenzie on the phone-who was very pleasant and helpful, was incredibly helpful and had a super friendly disposition. Both storage facilities are super clean and well maintained. Some confusion with customer service, but Ebony the property manager was amazing! She followed up, was well informed, and had the unit ready and waiting for me to view. Would DEF recommend! Very professional (and extremely nice) property manager!
