“Altamonte location was amazing I had Josh as my sales rep. He was great I purchased a dishwasher and a stove. The store gets 5 stars. But why I have 4 stars is because the delivery was disappointing. The delivery guy was nasty from the start when he called about delivery time. He acted as he didn’t want to be bothered. Then when he delivered my items I paid for installation for the dishwasher all he did was come in my kitchen and look and said I can’t install that kit will not fit. You need to get a plumber my plumber can and everything that I purchased he used and install with no problem. I did receive my $135 for installation back. But don’t even bother with having the delivery person install. Just get your own private person. That is the only reason I gave them a 4.”

Quotes were timely along with periodic updates on the purchase and installation of our new Champion dishwasher for our church. The installation crew was very professional, timely, efficient, and left the work area clean. It only took under two hours to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. Kudos to IRD.”
“I brought several 4X10 sheets of Galvanealed steel for them to cut up into 16 different dimensions. about 16 different rectangles with all different sizes needed to be cut out of these sheets. They measured and cut them all perfectly, the price was great, And they were able to get it done quickly. I wish I had more metal projects so that I could work with them again. “We have had our JP1100 for a couple of years now and are still learning about its many features.
This truly is a whole body massage chair that can massage your back, shoulders, arms, waist, legs and feet with automated or customized routines.
Some massage chairs have four or five automated programs. The JP1100 has twenty. Some are for the whole body others are for the neck and shoulders or lumbar region. In addition, for each automated program you can combine mechanical kneading massage with air massage among other things.
Customized routines with either the mechanical rubbing balls or air or both are possible to construct to suit whatever area needs individual attention or just a longer massage.
All of the capability and flexibility means this chair costs more than other less capable chairs, however the build quality is top notch and the precision engineering means we can look forward to many years of use.
If you want a massage chair to make you feel invigorated and energized, and money is no object, you would do well to give the JP1100 some serious consideration.”

Nate was patient, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for something specific that wasn’t on the shelves, so he took the extra time to check the warehouse to make sure they didn’t have it in stock. He even searched other Best Buy locations to try to find the item for me.
