“Mus is a lifesaver! Really. I decided to drop by this shop for the very first time to check it out and see if I could get a simple repair done for my laptop's built-in mouse pad. Little did I know that my battery was fixin' to explode on me. But anyway, Mus realized this as soon as he got a good look and safely removed the battery, which was the reason my mouse pad wasn't working. Mind you, this was all during the diagnostic phase so I was very generously serviced without any charge. However, I'd definitely like to return and pay for service on another device very soon! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to really understand what I needed. He helped me choose the right computer, assisted me with a return, and guided me through the purchase process without any pressure.
What stood out the most was his patience and knowledge. He went the extra mile to find me a better deal so I could get more value for my money, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping the customer.
I work in sales myself, so I really appreciate when someone takes the time to do things right and puts the customer first. Zane is a great example of that.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I truly hope he gets recognized for his work. Best Buy has a great employee on their team.

Nate was patient, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for something specific that wasn’t on the shelves, so he took the extra time to check the warehouse to make sure they didn’t have it in stock. He even searched other Best Buy locations to try to find the item for me.
