Recently I found out that with the Best Buy Total membership I don't have to buy Apple Care for devices I buy at BB bc their annual membership extends all manufacturers warranties. Saves me $$!”

Extremely polite, knowledgeable, patient and kind considering he is likely half my age and extremely tech savvy. He was able to help us with our two laptops and provide suggestions for additional products. “Great experience and seriously the best service I have had at ANY Best Buy I have ever been to. I was greeted by the police officer guarding the door, then greeted again by an employee on the way to the department I was purchasing from by an associate who asked me if I needed assistance. I told him what I was there to buy and he told me it was locked in a case but someone would be right there to get it for me. Within 30 seconds another employee appeared with my item and rang me up. I was literally in and out in less time than it took me to write this review!”
