“Our experience at Sleep Number Millenia was exceptional. Mike the store manager really took care of us from the minute we walked in the door. He and his team embody great customer service.
This was a stark contrast to the experience we had at the Winter Park location. We too experienced the level of service the store manager provided. If we hadn’t already tried a sleep number bed before and this was our first experience with the brand, we would never step foot in any sleep number store again. The store manager at Winter Park was rude and dismissive. I honestly cannot understand how he is tasked with overseeing your brand, truly a disservice.
If you’re in the Orlando area and considering a Sleep Number bed I highly encourage you to travel to the Millenia location. Mike was warm, engaging and friendly. He was happy to walk us through the whole process and did not push anything on to us. He listen to what we wanted and gave us the freedom to explore the offerings. We purchase our new bed that same day and now we’re excited for it to be delivered. Thank you again Mike!”

“Rob Chandler was the salesman today at the La-Z-Boy store was a very good salesman made sure I got my military discount and they just did a very good job very friendly . and Sandra were the best to work with I needed to change my chair, not their fault mine and they were just absolutely remarkable with guest services. These guys know what they’re doing. You’re looking for a good place to buy a La-Z-Boy is the best. I thought I posted this last week but now I will post both of them because I had a great experience with both sales people and I can speak from experience. That was the fourth La-Z-Boy chair. I have bought over the years from them.”
