She came to our home and measured our rooms and photographed our existing pieces. She designed each room with perfect textures, colors and sizes. We are super happy with the end result. “Our experience at Sleep Number Millenia was exceptional. Mike the store manager really took care of us from the minute we walked in the door. He and his team embody great customer service.
This was a stark contrast to the experience we had at the Winter Park location. We too experienced the level of service the store manager provided. If we hadn’t already tried a sleep number bed before and this was our first experience with the brand, we would never step foot in any sleep number store again. The store manager at Winter Park was rude and dismissive. I honestly cannot understand how he is tasked with overseeing your brand, truly a disservice.
If you’re in the Orlando area and considering a Sleep Number bed I highly encourage you to travel to the Millenia location. Mike was warm, engaging and friendly. He was happy to walk us through the whole process and did not push anything on to us. He listen to what we wanted and gave us the freedom to explore the offerings. We purchase our new bed that same day and now we’re excited for it to be delivered. Thank you again Mike!”
