“Plenty of trucks available. I stopped at another UHaul store before Ocoee and there were no trucks available. The store was very clean and big. Employees were professional and helpful. I will come back to Ocoee UHaul for my future needs.”

“I had to rent a truck for my move to Tampa from Orlando. I was under the impression that we had unlimited miles, and without it, it would have been difficult to make it there without an extra charge. It was our own misunderstanding, however, we had a super friendly and helpful employee named Josh who helped us resolve those challenges without breaking the bank. “We moved into the area 2 years ago and we are now in the house full time. I called Blossman's about getting a fill-up for my 500g propane tank. It was on a Monday and they do deliveries on Friday in my area. When I told the lady that we were out of gas she rearranged her delivery schedule to get me gas that night. She was honestly concerned. A delivery man showed up at 9pm still in good spirits. He backed into my driveway without damaging anything and filled the tank. I am very impressed with this company and their employees. They really go the extra mile. They prices are also very competitive.”

“Excellent company, fast service if you need a fill, and outstanding Customer Service. Why not 5 stars? Love Ferrell Gas, but twice in a row after I have ordered a fill and specified the number of gallons to be delivered, I receive significantly more gallons than I requested. I have found them to be very helpful in payment plans, but the larger bill is frustrating.”

“Called after work to verify closing times and pricing for propane. I was greeted kindly by nicole who answered all my questions with a smile you can feel through the phone. Soon arriving she greeted me and let me know she will take care of me. nicole was a pleasure to speak to. I left uhual wanting to tip nicole for her kind words and small talk while filling my propane tanks. But they don't accept tips! Maybe a raise with promotion! (:”

“Came here for propane. Saw online that they have it. Kept my tank outside but went into the store to wait. The employee saw me and said I could wait outside by the tank. When I walked out there, I saw there is a bell button to ring for propane service. I'll remember that for next time. The employee was prompt and helpful. He was also very honest. He said my tank was half full! I had no idea. I just knew it was taking forever for my food on the grill to cook. If you pay by cash you have to go inside the store to pay; If you pay by credit card they have a swiper on their hip that you can pay with. Pretty neat! Parking is weird but plentiful. They have to keep lanes open for their moving trucks and trailers so it's lined up weird. Keep an eye out when you're parking. Inside the store they have a lot of boxes and mattress covers etc, all the things you'd expect of a Uhaul store. I can't speak to the availability of their moving trucks. I will continue to go here for propane. I feel like most places charge a similar amount.”

Equipment is in top shape. There's another U-haul dealer closer but I come here as Vino, Jason and others are great to work with.”

“Stopped by to fill two tanks on a Saturday afternoon. Nice gentleman filled the tanks and was polite to us. Fair pricing on the gas. I am sure it can get hectic when a Hurricane is barreling down on Orlando, but we will be using these guys going forward. Its a propane filling business. We shouldn't expect bells and whistles. Honest fast service is enough for me.”

“I bought moving supplies and rented a van from this location. I love the online option since it helped expedite the pickup/ drop off process and we were able to approve the photos at pickup/ drop off. I like how they buy back the boxes I did not use, but they should have checked them since people seemed to bring back some dinged up boxes. I did not have this issue with my previous move. In addition, please be careful while driving the Uhaul vans in this parking lot because the setup is not ideal and while we were reversing people kept driving behind us to get to the storage area, so foolish and dangerous. I wish that part was set up better. I was able to pick up the van and drop it off here, but in the past the Uhaul website sent me to locations that would not accept the van, which is why I did everything here at the real Uhaul location versus an affiliate/ neighborhood one. I had to wait for the staff, but they were very helpful and kind.”
