We called multiple propane companies and were so impressed with the care and customer service provided by Gary and the entire Lovelace Gas team. “I want to sincerely thank Nancy for her exceptional customer service. I discovered today that we had completely run out of propane, and with the cold weather—and our water heater and cooking depending on it—I immediately went into panic mode.
Nancy quickly placed me on hold and personally checked with the service manager to see if there was anything they could do. She returned with confidence and assured me that a technician would be dispatched the same day.
I had already called four other companies, and the soonest availability I was given was four days out. My wife was extremely stressed, and honestly, Nancy saved the day.
The technician arrived promptly at 1:00 PM, was highly professional, ran all necessary safety checks, and had us up and running in no time.
This is what I truly call going above and beyond. Thank you to Nancy and the entire team for the outstanding support today.”
“I had a great experience yesterday when Discount Propane sent Dallas to install my gas line hookup for my new gas grill! Look at the results. Cleanly installed, nice and neat. Since I have the Discount Propane tank for my gas range I thought why rent the portable tanks for the outdoor grill? This was installed with a 10’ slack of line so my grill can be moved around on the patio. I haven’t dealt with a more friendly, sweet and knowledgeable kind of young man like Dallas in a while. Yes I’m old. I felt like calling his mom & dad because it was amazing to me, that someone from his generation carried himself like a seasoned professional, yet polite and humble as pie. I hope the company appreciates this guy! I am very pleased and highly recommend Dallas, and Discount Propane.”
“The truck seemed to have a bad transmission but I don’t know much about big trucks. I only drove 12 miles round trip thank goodness. And the door lights said doors were open and they were definitely closed. Other than that it did the job. The staff was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this location for your rental. Plus the truck was super clean!!!!!!”

“Shaq and Jason both took care of an unexpected problem that my vehicle had with wiring done by the baldwin store. I needed to rent a trailer and they took time out of the already scheduled day to take my car apart and re-wire the whole hitch system. Thank you to these 2 gentlemen! I highly recomend this location. The customer service is on point here.”

I was blessed to be assigned to Amber who was thoughtful, professional and thorough on BOTH calls (I was thrilled when she answered today). Ferrell has a bit of a monopoly around here, and I am paying about 40% more (not 5 stars) than I should for convenience, but her service and spirit make it ALMOST worth it. “This is by far one of my favorite U-Haul agencies to go to every time I go the staff is very communicative and they also assist if there's issues never really had a long whole time they try to get you in and out. I also like going here because they do have limited amounts which makes it kind of easy to get things taken care of easily versus the rather big U-Haul's where there's so much more traffic coming in and out.”
“Honestly for many many years I've been coming to this location with family and friends , but these past couple days I went to go rent a truck myself. Overall amazing experience and staff were great to get me in and out through checking in and out. Trucks were readily available and location was opened at exactly 7am as they posted. After a quick reservation ahead of time , was out the store by 7:05am and on my way to deal with my business. Please come to this location cause I recommend it 100%!”
