“I have done business with Lovelace for 5 years. The office staff is always friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond, especially Gary! He has helped to get us propane refills at the last minute ( literally within 24 hours or less) when we did not realize our propane was nearly out! The most recent situation I dealt with was for my mother‘s home. We are in the process of putting up new fence at her home and the neighbor had an old propane tank that they no longer use. It had been sitting there for many years. It was very heavy and had rolled over past our fence line and we were unable to put up fence in that particular area. I offered to reach out to Lovelace and Gary. Gary called me back right away and asked questions about the propane tank. I sent him a video and again within 24 hours, he was able to get this big, heavy, old propane tank, out of our neighbors yard and did this using a small tractor! This was done in a quick and efficient manner. We can now complete putting up my mother’s new fence. Our neighbors are also grateful to get that tank out of their yard. Excellent and quick customer service from Gary snd staff!!! Truly appreciate it! It is not easy to find that type of amazing service these days, but Lovelace Gas, their staff and Gary, definitely have it! That is why they have been in business for over 60 years! Thank you very much!!”

“We can not say enough about how excellent it has been to work with Blossman during pool and outdoor kitchen construction. We even received extraordinary customer service regarding issues that pertained to our pool contractor, Peter was extremely knowledgeable about codes and inspections, which helped us resolve multiple pool contractor related issues. His communication throughout a very delayed pool construction schedule was fantastic, we always felt as though our project was a priority. Peter, Larod and the rest of the Blossman crew we encountered at home or on the phone were nothing less than phenomenal, professional, and personable. Even after final inspection we continue to receive outstanding and quick service with questions and gas refills. Thank you for your high standards and professionalism.”

“I’m leaving with gratitude and wanted to leave a five-star review for this location. Anita and the gentleman I always jokingly called “Taco Tuesday” were both incredibly kind, professional, and helpful during my time here. They treated people with respect, kept things running smoothly, and made a difficult season a little easier to handle. Good customer service is rare, but they genuinely stood out. Thank you both for your patience, your help, and the positive energy you brought every day.”

“Renting a trailer? Decide between U-Haul or U-Haul. Or maybe even U-Haul. Their app and website are worse than useless but sometimes you come across a person doing their job above and beyond and I had the pleasure of dealing with two of the four people at this location who were fun and helpful to deal with. I didn't catch the first gentleman's name but Sergio checked me back in and was an absolute rock star. Funny how a few minutes dealing with a competent, friendly person can turn a frustrating experience (app & website) into a great one.”

“Honestly for many many years I've been coming to this location with family and friends , but these past couple days I went to go rent a truck myself. Overall amazing experience and staff were great to get me in and out through checking in and out. Trucks were readily available and location was opened at exactly 7am as they posted. After a quick reservation ahead of time , was out the store by 7:05am and on my way to deal with my business. Please come to this location cause I recommend it 100%!”

“The entire team at this location were fantastic. They are all very professional. Megan Rodriguez is an excellent team leader. Her employees have a great deal of respect for her. I believe it’s because of the way she treats them and works alongside of them. They all have a way of making you feel very comfortable about your rental decision and the location you chose to rent from. Definitely no changes needed. Thank you for making my move that much easier. Thank you. Alan Hampton”

“I’ve used several U-Haul locations throughout the Orlando and East Orlando area, and this location is by far the best. The service was excellent from start to finish, both during pickup and return. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.”

“Quite honestly this location is SO much friendlier and more accommodating than the Four Corners location. That one is closer to me, but it’s worth the drive using the LBT location”

“Double check how clean the windshield and windows are. Wasn’t a gig deal, but was hard to see well with the early morning sun glaring on a smudgey dirty windshield. I’ve live close by to this Kirkman (post office) location so I quickly windexed the windows and windshield clean before my use of it. Safety first! I wouldn’t hold this against anyone, very easy to miss this. Everyone I interacted with yesterday, be it check-in office staff, personnel retrieving and returning my rental as well as exceptional customer service (Bailey I think?) were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly too!!1 Whenever I have the option, I always prefer to rent from this location for this very reason! :)”

“I love the ease of delivery and options to pay my bills. I do have a question about a recent person coming to my door and putting something on my equipment. I have never been able to verify that he actually worked for you. I called your number and was routed to someone in the Phillipines who had know knowledge of anything and clearly did not understand the concern an american has about people coming to our homes and I can't verify the legitmacy of the visit.”
