We called multiple propane companies and were so impressed with the care and customer service provided by Gary and the entire Lovelace Gas team. “I want to sincerely thank Nancy for her exceptional customer service. I discovered today that we had completely run out of propane, and with the cold weather—and our water heater and cooking depending on it—I immediately went into panic mode.
Nancy quickly placed me on hold and personally checked with the service manager to see if there was anything they could do. She returned with confidence and assured me that a technician would be dispatched the same day.
I had already called four other companies, and the soonest availability I was given was four days out. My wife was extremely stressed, and honestly, Nancy saved the day.
The technician arrived promptly at 1:00 PM, was highly professional, ran all necessary safety checks, and had us up and running in no time.

“Renting a trailer? Decide between U-Haul or U-Haul. Or maybe even U-Haul. Their app and website are worse than useless but sometimes you come across a person doing their job above and beyond and I had the pleasure of dealing with two of the four people at this location who were fun and helpful to deal with. I didn't catch the first gentleman's name but Sergio checked me back in and was an absolute rock star. Funny how a few minutes dealing with a competent, friendly person can turn a frustrating experience (app & website) into a great one.”
“I chose Ferrellgas when the drama with my previous gas supplier became just too much. Ferrellgas was on time, worked quickly and quietly to fill my home's tank and all with no drama whatsoever. I'm definitely a fan.”
“Quite honestly this location is SO much friendlier and more accommodating than the Four Corners location. That one is closer to me, but it’s worth the drive using the LBT location”

“Double check how clean the windshield and windows are. Wasn’t a gig deal, but was hard to see well with the early morning sun glaring on a smudgey dirty windshield. I’ve live close by to this Kirkman (post office) location so I quickly windexed the windows and windshield clean before my use of it. Safety first! I wouldn’t hold this against anyone, very easy to miss this. Everyone I interacted with yesterday, be it check-in office staff, personnel retrieving and returning my rental as well as exceptional customer service (Bailey I think?) were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly too!!1 Whenever I have the option, I always prefer to rent from this location for this very reason! :)”

“Honestly for many many years I've been coming to this location with family and friends , but these past couple days I went to go rent a truck myself. Overall amazing experience and staff were great to get me in and out through checking in and out. Trucks were readily available and location was opened at exactly 7am as they posted. After a quick reservation ahead of time , was out the store by 7:05am and on my way to deal with my business. Please come to this location cause I recommend it 100%!”
