“Chico’s in Winter Garden overall is a great store. In the past I felt like the closing was suited more for older women, but it seems like they have more fun styles now. The clothes quality is fantastic, I have some pieces that I bought a couple of years ago and they are still in a great shape although I wear them a lot. The prices might be a bit on a higher side but you can easily get a few pieces and easily mix and match outfits. Great selection of fashion jewelry too.”

“There are a lot of reasons to shop at The Boutique on Plant. Their customer service is at the top of the list. After shopping at two jewelry stores for a specific Brighton necklace and not finding it I called this shop. The phone was not only immediately answered by a real person but she was exceptionally pleasant. There was no problem checking to see if they had the item that I wanted in stock. When I arrived the store was bustling and the atmosphere was still relaxing. It is a happy place with many beautiful items for sale. I met the sales associate who answered the phone and once again was treated to excellent service.”

“As far as clothing beautiful, the fit is so clean and does not need hemming. However, what I do think is rather distasteful and a 100% reason I won’t return, is the customer service. The girls in the front talk and whisper about the customers as they walk in. I asked for help and one turned away and the other barely acknowledged me. There were easily five other couples in the store and from a business stand point you could move all of that inventory rather quickly. You could even have return customers who aren’t locals but all I can think about Stephanie, is the smirks and laughs I got during my shopping “experience”, purchase and when I turned to walk out. Nice idea though maybe just become an e-boutique with such lack of customer care and service or maybe pay them less.”

Glad you came in, and if you need any help, please let me know" l just feel so good going there because I know l am going to find everything l need, the merchandise is well stock & easy to get to...l thank the cashier Sheila, who also had a family member who had CancerSheila liked my ? & l told her l am a 2 times Cancer Survivor and we talk a little & cried a littleI always enjoy going there, l really appreciate all who works there, extended family ❤”
