“There are a lot of reasons to shop at The Boutique on Plant. Their customer service is at the top of the list. After shopping at two jewelry stores for a specific Brighton necklace and not finding it I called this shop. The phone was not only immediately answered by a real person but she was exceptionally pleasant. There was no problem checking to see if they had the item that I wanted in stock. When I arrived the store was bustling and the atmosphere was still relaxing. It is a happy place with many beautiful items for sale. I met the sales associate who answered the phone and once again was treated to excellent service.”
“Every time I come in this store, the staff is super welcoming and sweet but tonight I had absolute stellar staff assist me, Ms. Robin and Ms. Vonda. They were absolutely incredible. So personable and so sweet. This is how store staff SHOULD be. So many are not like this anymore and it is often so unpleasant to shop out anymore because of this. “I love love Chico's and the great ladies that work there. They have beautiful unique clothing styles and their customer service goes above and beyond. Debbie and Kathy are outstanding and are always ready to assist in any way they can. They are always a huge help to me when shopping. Chico's is the only store I shop for clothing because of their unique and beautiful styles and because of the outstanding customer service that I have received from Debbie and Kathy and others over the years. I recently also met the new store manager, Selena, and she was so nice and helpful also. I can't say enough about this incredible store and amazing employees. Due to their outstanding customer service it's like shopping with girlfriends when I'm there. Each time I shop there my day has been made even if I come home empty-handed and that says a lot about the customer service that I receive from the wonderful ladies.
