Then she called another store and said they have the other 2 I needed. She said she was going to another store and that she would get them and call me when they arrived. “One of thee best lumber places I've encountered. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and the yard is organized. You can tell they have a workable system in place. I'm a delivery driver and being able to navigate easily around the yard is very important. The staff is patient and ensures continuity the in shipping and receiving process. Definitely no slackers here. The sign on the exit gate was very thoughtful. I believe it said "thanks for your hard work and get home safely." I needed to see that. Driving can be terrifying at times and the goal is to get home safely. Thank you Tibbets staff. You Rock!!!”

“The place to go for home renovation needs. The management at the holiday store is top notch too! A big improvement over the previous manager. Joining the pro rewards program has been, well, rewarding too. Unfortunately this store has limited display area and in-stock items for bathroom renovation needs, but most basics are covered.”

“I just left the store. Went to buy a few bags of cement. 3 workers were chatting and I asked for help with cement. Damien spoke right up. He was WONDERFUL. helped me not only locate the product, he helped me load it and push it to the cashier. Being an older lady,it was nice that he realized I needed help. So after he pushed it to the checkout, he waited for me to complete the transaction and helped me load it in my car.. it was nice he stuck with me to find the product and load it. I did not take up much of his time, I knew he had other things to do so the transaction went smooth for both of us. He made my trip to Lowe's a good one. Usually it's actually hard to find help of any kind but please let the DM and managers recognize DAMIEN. Sat 07/20/24 approx 130pm.”
