“Outstanding Service from TJ at Lowe's in Odessa! I visited the Lowe’s store in Odessa yesterday to pick up lumbers, boards, and screws for a project, and I received hands-down some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. TJ was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond—helping me search for and select the straightest, highest-quality boards, making sure I got the exact right screws for the job, and even helping me load everything onto my pickup truck. It’s rare to find employees who take this level of care and initiative to ensure the customer gets exactly what they need. TJ is a huge asset to this location. Thank you, TJ, for the top-notch help! Highly recommend this store”

“I walked into this Home Depot today and was greeted by 3 employees with a hello. It seemed as every employee I passed said good morning. A few asked if I needed help. This Home Depot felt like the “old” Home Depot. Most stores I walk into I get the opposite treatment.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Denise Crespo, a Pro Sales Specialist at Lowe’s in Lutz, Florida, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Denise provided exceptional customer service from start to finish while helping me place a custom wood order. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Denise took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure my order was handled correctly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything met my needs. What truly impressed me was her follow-up after the product arrived. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes ownership of a customer’s project and follows through the way Denise did. Lowe’s is fortunate to have someone of Denise’s caliber on their team. If you need assistance with a project or custom order, I highly recommend seeking out Denise Crespo. She delivers customer service that exceeds expectations and creates a positive experience from beginning to end. This woman deserves a raise!!”
