“This UPS location has repeatedly exceeded my expectations. I am a “frequent shipper” visiting sometimes 3 times in a week. The manager is amazing, whether it’s a shipping, printing, boxing, she knows her stuff. The prices are fair, the service is quick (and always with a smile), and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. I would drive out of my way to use them (and many times have) because I trust the service I will get.”

“I frequent the UPS Store at 36181 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor quite often. I have always had an excellent experience and today was no different. I have quite a few Amazon returns that were to be returned through a UPS Stores. Unfortunately, I had mistakenly selected Whole Foods Store on one of my returns. Lucky for me, I was fortunate enough to have Maeva helping me with the returns. Maeva, jumped right in and helped me navigate through my Amazon return process and within no time, she had the return switched to UPS saving me time and frustration. “I had placed the wrong label on the wrong package. I was able to get in touch with them on the weekend I left three messages cuz they're closed on Sunday and I shipped it on Saturday they called me first thing Monday morning returning my voicemail and were able to intercept the package for me he put it aside he waited till I got there that afternoon around 5:30 quarter to 6:00. They were so kind so sincere and gave the best quality of service I've received in a long time”

“My husband and I have a private mail box at this store on Dale Mabry in Carrollwood for both personal and business use and visit the store several times a week for everything from Amazon Returns, express shipments and routine packages/envelopes. Vimala and her husband are a rare breed in today's impersonal and impatient service environment. They are patient, kind, efficient and actually take the time to understand what you need and treat you with respect. The staff people always greet you with a smile and are also respectful, don't turn over often and have been well trained. Eric, Cameron and Brice are consistently pleasant and helpful in assisting with the little things such as providing a copy if needed, knowing the correct box/envelope, charges, form instructions, etc. without rushing you. This is important because there are a lot of seniors in the area who may need more patience in certain areas. There are dozens of options of places to use in this area when sending packages including the USPS. While one might save a few dollars elsewhere, depending on the service, we feel that the extra care and professionalism at this particular store and convenience of the variety of offerings and options they carry, make this location our 'go to' shipper for all of our needs in the Carrollwood/Tampa area.”

“I had to ship back a large chair and was shocked when the return cost came out to almost twice what I paid for it. The person running this UPS took one look at the situation and immediately counseled me on an alternative approach.
They could’ve taken the business and said nothing, but instead they looked out for me. That kind of straightforward, customer-first service is rare. I’m grateful for the help and will keep coming back to this location.

“I entered the Northdale UPS Thurs 12/11with reservations. I seldom mail packages other than at Christmas. Last year was Omaha Steaks...easy. This year, situations changed. I would be buying, wrapping, packing, and shipping. I am disabled, so I panicked. I knew USPS would be more complicated and expensive. I talked myself into using this UPS as it was a few blocks away from the Bob Sierra Y after my morning warm-up. I would have them do the packing, especially with one item being liquid and the bigger box going to CA. I told myself that the stress relief alone made it worth it...a Christmas present to myself. At 8:30 when they opened, the door was opened for me by a smiling young man...later learned his name was Shelton. I followed him to the main counter and we discussed what I was working with. I let a few others ahead of me as I was not in a hurry. Shelton professionally packed my items to secure them...I watched him as he certainly knew what he was doing. While, yes, them packing using their materials is more costly, I still knew it was going to be cheaper than USPS and, oh by the way, AARP offers a disc on the materials. Also, when they do it with their materials, there is a higher level of insurance. Shelton finished up, I paid him, thanked him, and said I would be in Monday, today, with one more package. My confidence built by today, I had found a good box, packed my items, but left it open. When I went to the store, Shelton wasn't in yet, but I was greated with another welcoming smile...this time by Kristy. I told her about Thursday, she proceeded to check my work, made a few minor adjustments. Kristy closed out my package and rang me up. Yes, I have written a book, but I feel that having experienced the service by Shelton and Kristy, this UPS location in Northdale is now my go-to package center. Thank you!!”
