“I had a couple of green lines that ran vertically suddenly appear on the screen of my phone. I used my phone Insurance to make a claim and was told that I'd be sent a replacement device. I was never told that it would be a different model than my current device. I stopped in at CPR and Sam was extremely helpful with refiling my phone Insurance claim to get my screen replaced at no charge. This was the better option for me because I'd be losing out on the expandable storage with the replacement device. I have a 1TB memory card that I use to capture many photos and videos. I can't justify paying a recurring monthly charge for cloud storage when my current device works perfectly fine. I left my phone with Sam and returned a couple of hours later. Sam then informed me that he also replaced the battery at no charge and I should be able to notice a big difference in the amount of time between a fresh charge. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to do their business here for whatever services are needed.”

She was so informative so on point so fast anything and everything in a customer service rep is Holly. Even when I return to the store for additional questions because he’s overseas, she is just always waiting with a smile and helpful. She is a great employee asset to Verizon and a management point of view the epitome of Customer Service.”
“My experience with att&t started as a nightmare. My door to door sells guy lied and has made my transition a pain in my neck. So as I came to this store for my fourth issue, I must say that Isaias SAVED THE DAY. He could see the aggrevation in my eyes and he was patient and would not let me leave until he solved my problem. I was there over a hr and he was attending to me and other customers that were comn in when he was by himself. Great worker and the staff and management should be proud to have him on board. And i hope to see him in management one day plus he has a great mustache. In my book he is a Att&t Prophet.”

“Angel helped my husband and I upgrade our current iphones to the new iphone 17’s. He was extremely quick, knowledgeable and pleasant! Our transfer process was pretty quick at under an hour.
We appreciated his recommendation to bring our current phones home to ensure everything transferred properly as well!
While we waited for Angel to assist us, Melissa the manager answered all of our questions for us as well as checked the back to ensure we didn’t waste our time waiting for a phone that might not have been there!

“Alex did a Brilliant job. I was coming in to possibly leave AT&T. However, after a great conversation I not only stayed with AT&T, I pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 ultra. “I drove really far just to come to this AT&T store, and it was 100% worth it. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was amazing. I worked with Alex, and he was honestly the best!! super knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand without rushing me at all. Cam was also great and very welcoming, and you can tell the store is run well because the manager, Matt, clearly leads a solid team. The customer service here is on another level compared to other stores I’ve been to. I’d absolutely make the drive again and highly recommend this location to anyone.”

“Wow I haven’t been to Cellfix in awhile but unfortunately my phone decided to break on me, it was the car doors fault I swear lol, Rose had my phone back to new in like 15 minutes, even offered me a free month of insurance for it but I’m planning on trading it in this week for a 17 or I would have done it for sure.
