I will definitely be back here they are very close in tampa on east fowler ave next to the Starbucks and csl plasma. Two diff. employees tried to take advantage of me as a Senior and signed me up for 2 different contracts I never agreed to. Matt at Little Rd. ATT went oit of his way and spent more than an hour to undo everything to get it off my bill.”

“I no longer have T-Mobile as my carrier, but when I went to Verizon (my current carrier) for help with my device, the Verizon rep said they don't troubleshoot phones they only sell them. upset and with no other options, I took a chance and went to the t mobile store directly down the street from my verizon store, where I met with a T-Mobile representative Mark, who helped me fix my phone problem even though I was not currently a T-Mobile customer. Mark took his time to listen to what the issue was and quickly resolved my phone problem. If it weren't for T-Mobile and Mark at the Citrus Park T-Mobile Store I wouldn't have known what to do. as soon as I can, I'll be moving back to T-Mobile from Verizon.”

“Kid sent husband and me new phones (she was sick of our old ones) made appointment online and showed up before they opened to get them activated. While we were waiting for them to open, one of the young men actually came out to talk to us. He was so kind and let us know that we could not get them activated at this location. He quickly looked up the closet place to go and give us directions. Instead of waiting to open and not paying any attention to us, he came out to help us. If they will take the time to help someone before they actually open, I can only imagine how much they will help you when they are open”
